This is a “WOW”

We were expecting this hotel to be a typical Tru by Hilton. They are very nice, but this place is exceptional. They go above and beyond with friendly staff, spotless rooms, exceptional breakfast and great fitness center. The price is amazing too. It’s a short distance off the main drag, but we would definitely stay again.

We stayed one night on our way home from Florida and this was a perfect place for us. Everything was very clean.the woman who greeted us was very friendly and had a very nice smile/. All employés were friendly and helpful.

Dance competition weekend

We always stay at this location when my daughter has a dance competition at a near by location. Always clean and breakfast is always so good. Amazing staff willing to go beyond to help you. It's close to many places to eat for dinner.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. I don't know how long it has been open, but it definitely has the "brand new" feel. Great value for the $ -- nice rooms, big bathroom, and a terrific free breakfast (loved the pancake machine) -- with a spotless breakfast area. But the biggest shoutout goes to Zarriyah in reception -- I needed quarters to do laundry, and the front desk didn't have an open cashbox, so Zarriyah went into her own purse to get enough change for me. That's going above & beyond -- 5 stars to her! [P.S. to management -- if you're going to have laundry that only takes quarters, and your hotel isn't near any stores, you might want to make it easier for guests to get change. (The next evening I overheard a guest trying to pay with cash being told same thing -- that they didn't have access to cash right now.) I'm just saying... ;) ]

The TRU brand always delivers and it especially delivers at this location. They have a great staff, the rooms are excellent an so is the value. Everything you need is within walking distance or an easy drive.
