Não arrumaram meu quarto!

O hotel novo, ambiente clean com quarto bom tamanho e estacionamento gratuito. O hotel tem um restaurante que serve café da manhã a la carte, mas com poucas opções. A academia é de tamanho razoável O grande problema foi não arrumarem o quarto diante minha estadia (3 noites). Quando reclamei na recepção não me pediram desculpas, e sim afirmaram q eu não solicitei o serviço. Mas nós solicitamos assim que saímos do quarto para a camareira que estava no nossa andar, já que no dia anterior tivemos a surpresa de retornar ao hotel e o quarto não estar arrumado.

Overall it was a very good experience. The hotel is new and it shows (no signs of wear and tear). I really like the decor in the room, especially the barn style door for the bathroom. The bar in the lobby was a fun place to be on Friday and Saturday night. The bartender was very nice- he remembered what I had the night before and that I preferred water without ice. The breakfast was good too- large portions, very good croissants. Location is great, a short drive to downtown Napa and wineries in the area. Downside: the mattress was too soft for me, I prefer a firmer one. And the walls are quite thin. We could hear anything happening outside our door. At checkout, I thought it was weird that they wouldn’t automatically print an invoice with all our charges, we had to ask a couple of times to have a print copy.

I am a very particular business traveler and this is one of my favorite places. The staff is always great, rooms are modern and new. BAR is good, food options as well. Located central to all and plenty of other food options close by

The room and entire facility was clean and modern. The Bluetooth bathroom mirror was a plus! Only critique would be the down pillows. Should offer a non-down alternative. Service staff was attentive and professional. This is a nice property.

I liked the lobby with it's two sided electric fireplace. Very cozy! Bar restaurant in lobby. Did not like loud pop music blaring in the evening, nice and quiet during day. Room was clean and comfortable. Desk clerk gave hours for breakfast, I thought it was free but it wasn't. Breakfast attendant was really nice, comped orange juice. Will stay here again! Shower floor extremely slippery, put towel down to stand in.
