Was in the Green Hills area for a cousins reunion. Several of our party stayed at the Hilton Green Hills. Not only was the room wonderful, clean and inviting, but the lobby afforded the group a place to visit without disturbing the other guests. The staff was friendly and helpful.

When I booked the room, I selected Park and Stay. They charged the parking fee, and when I called about it, they were so easy to work with and credited my card right then. Also, there was a lighted, magnifying mirror in the room. I called to see if I could find out where they purchased it, so I could order one. I was immediately transferred to engineering and Chad sent me all the information I needed. It has been the best experience with customer service that I've had in a long time.

This was a nice hotel in a nice neighborhood. Breakfast buffet was pricey for what was being served. Lunch salad was good, dinner for our group was just ok. Visited the area for business, and the hotel was centrally located.

Exceeded my expectations. Very nice property. Room and bathroom were like new. Bedding and bed was super premium. Bathroom and shower high end. Well illuminated. Nice towels and soaps. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Garage is next door. Very convenient. Parking was a little pricey for suburbs $30/night. Very nice Lobby. Nearby shopping and food. The famous Blue Bird Cafe a few blocks away. I would definitely stay here on return trips.

Solid Hilton, restaurant and bar were quality for breakfast, dinner, and drinks. The rooms were pretty standard Hilton quality. Parking is attached, you do have to walk a few steps outside ($30 a day). The Executive lounge was unexpectedly closed for the week I was there, so they provided the breakfast buffet/coffee in the restaurant and also the ability to pick up an evening snack from the pantry for Diamonds. There is major construction going on across the street, very close. Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel, the even rooms. Fitness is standard, and during the warm months there is a rooftop bar.
