Small Town hotel with big city energy

Stayed for 2 nights for work and have been pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was very good. TV in my room quit working and the woman at the front desk came to my room to help fix it. She was so nice and easy to talk to and made sure I didn't feel like a bother. A kind woman dished the breakfast foods out for COVID safety. She joked about the small biscuits and made sure everyone got what they needed. My room was clean and they cleaned it the next day, even with me staying only one more night. I know many hotels aren't doing that right now, but I liked it. Overall, I highly recommend. The only thing I would bring up negatively, there were a lot of construction workers staying and the lobby had dirt through out that could have been swept up, but that's just being nitpicky and it didn't affect my stay at all.

The stay was excellent the front desk lady Cindy was very accommodating with my needs of extra towels and blankets and was very professional. The rooms, pool, and hot tub are very well clean and maintained. The staff also are good about keeping people quiet and enforcing there "quiet hours".

Ms. Cindy Beegle (I think last name is Beegle) was truly attentive. Check in was very smooth, and she was very courteous and friendly. She adeptly handled COVID issues, such that they were virtually transparent. Made me feel very comfortable. I don't normally write these reviews, but every once in a while you stumble into someone that cares to the point it is noticeable. It was just refreshing to check in with someone bright, vs dull and just doing their job...

Cindy was a treat and made the stay for work better than could be reasonably expected. Rooms were cleaned daily, comfortable, and large. Breakfast is as expected from a hotel, having traveled for work for over three years, I have had much worse.

I've been staying here off and on for weeks at a time for going on 3 years now. My rooms have always been clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful (thanks Cindy and Cara!) and the kitchen staff is amazing even after Covid forced them into serving each person individually. Thank you all!
