Dirty hotel not a Hilton standard - shocking!!

The senior staff were lazy, the service was dreadful! The bed was lumpy and very noisy, the pillows were like rocks, the rooms and corridors were disgusting! The service in restaurant was very poor, don’t drink the wine and the wine list was comical! The breakfast was terrible with most items run out of! Just awful

Good value stop over hotel with pool. Locates conveniently next to the the M4, and full service station facilities nearby. As Honors diamond members we asked for an upgrade on arrival were give a bigger deluxe family room. There was a female chef hanging around the reception when we checked in and she helped us carry our bags to the room, outstanding service from her, thank you. The room had a bath, big tv and a desk. The bar area was very nice with giant sofas. The restaurant had a good choice and the food was excellent quality for our evening meal. We went in the pool first thing 8am when it opened and basically had the place to ourselves for half an hour. Nice quality “spa bath” jacuzzi, steam room and sauna.

From check in to the pool team everyone was so nice. Vincent at check in was super friendly and made my daughters feel like celebrities as one was celebrating her birthday. The pool staff were so hospitable and pool was nice with jacuzzi. The room was fine for our family and comfortable beds. We couldn't adjust the temp of the room though. The only down side was the breakfast the next morning. Very limited options considering the price. Eggs were like mush. Most things were empty and the pastries very hard (could be as the lobby and restaurant were super cold with no heating). Team tried to do their best but I don't think the breakfast wasn't worth the price at all. Thank you for a nice stay though!

Decent hotel and location

Friendly hotel and conveniently located just off the main roads network, can be easy to miss as accessed via the sign for services. Check in guy was super friendly which always helps after a long day travelling. Room was ok, nothing special and the toilet pan was full of a weird foam which came back after flushing. Breakfast offering was ok

Disappointed but not surprised

Booked the deluxe room along with breakfast in the morning. The room was spacious and nice however we were 5 minutes late for breakfast in the morning. I went down alone and spoke to the receptionist who said that it was okay and that I could go eat as there was still food left, however when I went over to the dining area, a different member of staff turned me away saying that it was too late. Seems like a lack of cohesiveness between staff. We then attempted to order room service, however the phone on the room didn’t work so we called using our own mobile phone. We were then told that the menu displayed on the TV was actually an incorrect menu and that the food displayed there was not available to serve now. In generally very disappointing as the hotel itself is nice, just feel like staff didn’t care as the could’ve done more to meet guest expectations.
