Apesar de estar no cuzamento de duas rodovias é bastante silencioso dentro do quarto. Internet é decente, lavanderia funciona perfeitamente, recepção e demais equipes são nota 100. O preço no entanto é um pouco elevado, mas a qualidade está no nível do preço preço. Somente os quartos mais caros possuem frigobar (Studio) o que aumente até 30% do preço.

Rude front desk…not worthy of your time

The hotel reminds me of a nursing home. They try to cover bad smell in lobby area with too much air freshener. Rude front desk did not have courtesy to return two emails requesting an early check-in..then one clerk basically told me too bad, you can check-in at 3…just said we could use the bathroom in lobby without giving direction to where it was located. We quickly determined that we did not want to stay at a place like this, and called the Phelps (Marriott) and they warmly welcomed us with class and actually treated us like they were glad to have us. Just say NO to the Hampton Inn Suites in Wilder, you can do better

From the start everything went smoothly. Tamara (redhead unsure on spelling) great check in. Even double checked I had everything I needed when food was delivered. Next day Kristian (once again spelling) showed me a list of local restaurants. Room was clean and well maintained. Will stay here again if ever I town for class.

Dirty Sheets and Comforters

Upon arrival, both queen beds had black hairs all over the sheets and comforter...and NOT in small amounts; it was all over the place. I would've given this location a "1" rating; however, the front desk did replace the sheets and comforter; however, those had hairs woven into the sheets as well...not as many as the previous set.

I stayed at this pretty typical Hampton Inn when I came to the Greater Cincy area to visit family a few weeks ago. The room was clean and the breakfast was typical hotel continental breakfast. I appreciated the kind, friendly staff as well as the free coffee/tea at all hours of the day -- perfect for the cold weather we had that weekend. The fitness center was also nice and clean and the treadmill was probably the best hotel treadmill I've ever used -- very balanced, not clunky at all. But the walls are pretty thin. I could hear the tv in the room next to me like I was in that room (I did go to the front desk to complain and they were able to take care of that situation) and I could also hear the cars and trucks going by on the road down the hill. It was super cold and there was a bit of a draft so I ended up taking the comforter from the other bed and putting it near the window for extra insulation. I was also a little disappointed that the indoor pool was pretty cold (but that could have been from the cold weather I guess?) and the hot tub/whirlpool was not working (really looking forward to that in the cold weather. Did I mention that it was cold!?) It is very conveniently located though as well as easy to find. Would recommend as a place to stay overnight on a long trip.
