Um pequeno Hotel bem confortável, com quarto espaçoso, limpo, embora bem pequeno. O café da manhã é muito bom e o staff muito simpatico. para quem vai a negócios as feiras de Nuremberg, um excelente hotel.

Okay.. where to start..First of all nobody bothered to check and reply to the message I sent over booking. First red flag that we completely ignored. We came to the hotel on the 01.07.2022. first thing we asked the female receptionists was when do we have to check out since on booking it says check-out from 00:00. We were told ( and we also requested this over booking, 17h check out time) that we can check-out any time, we also specifically asked her is it okay if we check out at 17h the next day, she said "yes, no problem". Fast forward to the next day, my gf and I were in Nurnberg city center when I started to receive a phone call (multiple times) after I contacted the number it was the hotel reception. On the phone was a different receptionist than from the day before ( male, with hearing aid). I tried communicating with the man but he doesn't speak English at all, the little that he does speak can't be called "speaking English" At around 13h we came back to the hotel to talk with the receptionist since we couldn't understand what he was saying. I tried to explain that the receptionist from the day before told us that we can check-out at 17h. He just kept nodding his head, I told him that if it was a problem we can check out right away (5-10min until we pack our things). I thought he understood what i was saying, but obviously he didn't since in the next 3min i started to receive threatening whatsapp messages(google translated to croatian) and also after that SMS message of the same type. The message stated that we are obligated to check out until 11:30( which doesn't say anywhere on booking listing) And that he will call the police and that we will have to pay for the accomodation of the next guests?! So in short, terrible experience on our vacation. Room was also not entirely clean( the desk had some strange sticky substance)

Nice hotel with good breakfast

Hotel is located 2 mins walk from the S bahn station.. which is 5 stops from Nuremberg centre (this only takes 10-12 mins per journey) so overall isn't too bad. My room in the hotel was clean and everything was fine. I had my breakfast outside in the sun, in the nice garden. The breakfast was nice. Both staff members I spoke to were nice and friendly. I would stay here again. :)

It's s small hotel offering bed and breakfast Been there for the last 7 years or so The maintenance of the hotel is very good It's owned by a family who take care of the guests so well The location is a bit outside but worth the price

Must be the seventh stay in this hotel and Am happy about it The basics hotel but comfortable as the owner himself takes care of you With minimum people the hotel is maintained very well The location is good a ten min train ride to Hbf The pricing is much less compared to others who charge very high during this season
