We stayed at the Quality Inn in Oak Ridge, TN. The first room they gave us had dirty bedding. (I have pictures of pure filth). The sheets had blood stains and pubic hair on them. The pillow cases had something brown and unidentifiable. The comforter had holes in it and something pink staining the corner of it. We asked for a clean room and went to three more before agreeing to one that seemed clean, but still had stains on the chair and holes and ink spots on the bedding (I have pictures). If it hadn’t been prepaid and non-refundable, we would have left. It was the single most disgusting hotel experience of my life, and I usually have great experience with other Quality Inns.
In addition to horribly filthy rooms, the attendant was rude when we explained the situation and asked us, “Where are the stains and hair?” I’m not sure why that matters. He seemed to think we should’ve been ok sleeping in dirty bed linens. We mentioned it to the attendant in the morning and he wasn’t really concerned at all. I mentioned it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel and his response was, “I assure you I’ve had worse.” What does that even mean? That dirty rooms are ok? I couldn’t believe the nonchalance. He tried to offer the explanation that the cleaning attendants are newer and don’t like to clean thoroughly near the end of their shifts, so they skip some rooms and some parts of the required cleaning. How is that acceptable? And in the midst of Covid when most businesses are making extra cleaning and sanitation efforts. Unbelievable. So gross!!! DO NOT STAY HERE. 🤢

Positive, close to shopping, close to food store, close to fast food. The mattresses are comfortable, rooms was not noisy
there is a note hidden on the front desc that a refundable $100 extra fee will be charged for Evtl. Damages, but refunds need up to 7 days. I never had a room at a choice Hotel like this and I am a Member for 20+ years, but this Place let me rethink. The only room chair was broken, food stains on every wall, every furniture scratched, holes in the walls, floors dirty, the beds unstable i checked the reason and found out that the base was broken. I complaint at the night desk but the Hotel was booked out and the employee couldn’t help (not his fault) . The Welcome book in the room was not laminated and full of fett stains, not hygiene at all. Nicotine smell in the floor and room ( i saw other guests smoking in the Hotel) Breakfast, there is a sign on the front desc that Breakfast is served . I asked and been told that bags are given to Guest when asked. 1 yoghurt what i had to ask for, 1 unsweetened applesauce, 1 mini muffin and a breakfast burger mini ( microwave heated)!
NEVER NEVER stay there!!!! WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!?!

When I got to our room I found someone else’s food in the refrigerator at this covid time or any other time it is unexceptionable!!!! So they moved me. The second room they were no cool air plus they put me on a smoking floor which make me sick so they moved me to another room which was still on the smoking floor. Without ever offering to help me move my stuff. After moving 3 times I was tired so I SETTLED there workers outside my window there music was so loud it almost shook the room. I spoke with the Manager NANCY she told me they would be no charge she would mark it up as training. So when I got home they charged me anyway. The worst experience ever. Lying and bad service is bad business. NEVER NEVER stay there please if you want a pleasant experience..

The staff at this Quality Inn was the best that I've encountered in long time. They assigned us a wonderful handicapped room. I have back issues that don't allow me to sleep in a bed. These nice people moved an easy chair into the room. The room was very clean and the bathroom was perfect. Free parking. Nice breakfast. Thanks so much!

I stay at this hotel fairly regularly as I visit family in the area. It's a great value. It's not pristine, but includes some great amenities. Rooms include refrigerator, microwave, iron/ironing board, desk area, small coffee maker and hair dryer. I'm very picky about needing a soft mattress and the hotel has very comfortable beds. I recommend the second floor to avoid having a noisy car park right in front of your window. That said, I'm on the first floor on this visit and it's been fine. Staff (different from previous stays) is friendly and accommodating. Rooms show a little wear and tear, but the cleaning staff keeps them clean. Continental breakfast is pretty typical - it's a convenience and it's free. There is a small outdoor pool which I can't say I have ever seen used. (Too chilly now, but I've been here in the summer months.) Other conveniences include a small vending machine for typical over-the-counter medications, a public-use computer in the lobby and newspapers available. The location is excellent - close to shopping and restaurants - but not a particularly noisy environment. I have no hesitation in recommending and expect to continue staying here when I'm in town.
