Came all the way from Germany and didn’t know anything about hotels down here , my husband and I decided to give Radisson a try and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Hotel was very nice and rooms were very exceptional. Lobby of the hotel was very clean and quiet , stocked up on pastries and smelt really good. Last but not least the young lady that helped us at the front desk “ Lay” was very helpful and professional, we didn’t like that we were in a handicapped room and she made sure we would be comfortable by accommodating us with another room! She was so helpful and nice and deserves a raise ! Will definitely be staying here again! Her customer service was great btw!

The customer service was amazing and the rooms were clean!! . Lay at the front desk and Diamond at the bar were exceptional!! When traveling you look for the clean space with professional service and economic efficiency. I will definitely return.

First off at check in manager cursing at his employees and being very rude this hotel has no bathtub in the hotel all walk-in shower even though website shows bathtubs and I book a room with a bathtub shower at a hole in the floor water going out the hole under shower was told it would be fine sheet and comforter was very stained the only good thing about this place was the great breakfast

We happened to pull off the exit where there were multiple hotels called a few and the representative Demonte was the the most helpful and was able to answer all of our questions with helpful local insight. When we arrived he was very pleasant and understanding to our needs worked to accommodate us and get a room on the first floor near the exit for our service dog. He was knowledgeable with the reward program through choice hotels even though the system was not completely set up yet. We would recommend the Radisson hotel, the stay was comfortable and quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the hallmark was the staff. Especially Demonte at the front desk. He is definitely the man with answers and a great personality, you can tell he takes pride in everything he does.
