Great location, noise level is a major negative

Arrived late, drove straight through from Ohio. Check in/out was fine. Right off the bat, no nightlight in the bathroom. Explosive loud short flushes. Balcony is great. Beachfront rooms, sea side of hotel is protected from the wind and weather. Had great weather for 4 days, perfect, cool. Sunny. Serious negative are the paper thin walls, you can hear everything, and make out words. I am a light sleeper, it probably bothered me more than average. Room 618 was nice. There was a fire alarm issue one day, we couldn’t hear the alarm on the balcony, just really loud in the room. They figured it out, no fire thankfully. Nice stay overall. Jay at the front desk went above and beyond by getting a micro USB charger from his own car for my daughter to charge her Bluetooth speaker!

Beautiful Spot but we had some issues with our room. The outside breeze created a shrill whistling noise all night long. At first it sounded like police and/or ambulance sirens but we soon realized that it wasn't abating. The noise kept us awake all night.

This looks like it’s an older hotel from outside, but step inside and it is all new. All staff are welcoming and helpful. Starbucks in the hotel, but no free coffee from hotel in the mornings. Nice rooms, great beds, walk-in showers, and the balcony is the BEST. Hotel has a pool with lounge chairs and table and chairs. There are two boardwalks straight to the beach. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, clean all the way around. Great views of the beach and location. Plenty of eatery's and things to do close by. Will definitely visit again. Beach is super clean, I have zero negative things to say.

Just a good easy place to stay in Orange Beach that will meet all your expectations. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony of our room overlooking the gulf and the pool both during stormy and sunny weather. The shrimp tacos in the snack bar were excellent.
