it was one night stay. good that not longer than that. phone is not working, AC was not switching on, plugs damaged, old furniture, sticky dirty spots in elevator, in the room. Wires and connections are visible. Views are great but spoiled by trucks parked behind the hotel! you can’t take a picture if a view without truck. Expensive. Personnel is friendly.

Great views of ORDU

Good stay, good size room with lovely views of ORDU and the Black Sea but you are not in town. We happily chose to have the sweeping views instead. Plenty of parking. Wifi was good. Staff do not speak much English, some try hard, some don’t bother. Beds were comfortable, though if you are a couple they push the single beds, along with the single mattresses together whereas some hotels will actually put a full double/queen mattress on top of the single bed bases, not this Hotel. We were unable to control the aircon ourselves with a Hotel note in the room advising of this. Fridge, electric kettle and 2 bottles of water free are in the room. The gym has towels and ask at the Spa/Hamman Reception for water if you didn’t bring your own. Pool & Spa/Sauna towels supplied, again ask Spa/Hamman Reception. Swimming caps necessary for both males and females but if you do not have your own, they will sell you them at the Reception for TL50 each as of August 2022. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety and barista coffee can be ordered which is included. Good value stay.

Overpriced, food is awful.

This is not Radisson hotel as it should be. They need to improve management and especially food catering a lot. We had dinner at restaurant and breakfast - both is not what it shall be in Radisson (that I have been in many over the world).

Cockroaches in the room !

Avaliou em 20 de agosto de 2021

After a LONG, draining and STRESSFUL lockdown, my husband and I were finally able to have a little getaway. And what would be a better way to detox from the lockdown than visiting the beautiful Ordu! We took it upon ourselves to book a room in what is considered a top chain and respectful hotel chain, the Radisson Blue. After a couple of days in the hotel, I was surprised today that I found a cockroach roaming the room! I immediately went down to the reception and demanded a change of rooms. The receptionist called down the manager who was rude and very unhelpful, and suggested the room next to mine, to which I refused since it would mean a high chance of also finding cockroaches there. The manager remained very disrespectful even after I explained my situation and kept giving excuses about closing the curtain/window and so on. After that, I went up to my original room and was surprised yet again with more than one cockroach! I understand the Radisson Blue takes their clients complaints very seriously and that this situation is a serious one! However, the receptionist didn’t reflect the Hotel’s name. Mrs.Abdin
