Great space. LOUD location (motor cyclists). No cleaning?

The space is perfect for those who need two separate bedrooms, a living room, and a full kitchen!! Very fair price for a busy time/summer break. Clean! LARGE! We asked for cleaning (and had the tag on door) with a few new towels and didn’t get either. Not sure what that was all about, (but we’d needed due to elderly travelers). Centralized location right off highway, BUT, there is a local gang(?) of motorcyclists that drag race ALL. NIGHT. LONG. It was unbelievable.

We try to always stay at Marriott properties do to Bonvoy Card useage and points. I will never stay here again. Rooms door would not lock, staff were playing grab but in the lobby with security, patrons were acting a fool in the elevators, and you call that an American Breakfast. Bed was comfortable but that is the only redeeming quality. We should have just driven home than spend a night here.

Being a Marriott Titanium member, this hotel left us extremely disappointed. Put us street side to I4 and Colonial, super noisy. Requested pillows and coffee, had to go down several hours later to request again. Dust on the walls, hallways need cleaning.

I chose this hotel because I trust Marriott to give its name only to the best, but this hotel doesn’t fit that category. I booked a 2 bedroom suite for 4 nights, but I was determined not to spend a second night here, so I found another Residence Inn and booked it for the next 3 nights. When I went to the desk to advise that I was checking out the next morning, the woman on the desk didn’t even ask why! My biggest complaint is that the room was dirty: there is mold/mildew in the shower in one bathroom (this bathroom looked like it was renovated not very long ago); my dog kept licking various spots on the carpet, which indicates that it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time; my friend moved the night table in her room to plug in the wall lamp, and she not only had to fix the plug to insert it into the socket, she saw nail clippings on the floor, and the hallways needed to be vacuumed. There were also several lights out in the hallways. The access to the hotel after checking in is from the second floor of the garage, which costs $15 plus tax per day. When you get above the second floor, the ramps aren’t covered, so you’re going to get wet if it rains. Also, if there are no available spots on the second level, you have to walk up or down ramps with your luggage. There was only one luggage cart, and it’s not the usual type you find at hotels; all of our gear didn’t fit on this cart. There was only a small desk lamp to illuminate the living room, and there are only 2 USB ports in the suite, which is inadequate when most travelers have at least a smartphone and a tablet to plug in each night. Marriott should consider removing this property from its portfolio; if this were my first experience at a Marriott property, it would have been my last.

Too Much Street Noise!!!

I've stayed at this local for many years. This year, my wife and I were given a room #402, over looking the street. We were not able to sleep during the entire two night stay because of the noise on the corner of E. Colonial and N. Orange Avenue. I would not recommend staying in any of the rooms facing or overlooking these two streets. It's must too noisy!!!
