Quarto limpo, grande, cama confortável, café da manhã sem luxo mas suficiente. Fomos andando até as principais atrações. Na volta pegamos um taxi, o custo foi de 6 libras. Próximo tem um restaurante muito bom. Equipe atenciosa, educados. Com certeza ficaremos no mesmo hotel na próxima estada em Oxford.

Apartamento com janela para o jardim com árvores e flores, muito agradável. Ótimo banheiro, com toalhas limpas. Boa cama com vários travesseiros de qualidade. Lembrando que os hotéis da Inglaterra normalmente não tem ar condicionado, somente calefação. Então no verão oferecem apenas um pequeno ventilador.

The hotel is very comfortable, the room was large and has all you need, the bathroom was very comfortable too. Breakfast in the conservatory was a pleasure. The location is perfect for visiting central Oxford, and it’s a joy to walk through this area to town. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very poor experience

The hotel location is good, unfortunately that is the only aspect that is! We had to ask for a car to be moved to park, it was one of the staff members, and there was a filled skip next to my car. My room, a single room , was very outdated with a bathroom that had mold and stains in the shower, a shower which was very very small , and the room was very cold . Although a fan heater and a blanket was provided in a cupboard the cold kept me awake , it was so cold. The breakfast comprised lots of packets from home bargains apparently and nothing cooked to order so the only hot food was beans and scrambled eggs. It was also very below par. The cereal was not branded and stale , we left it , and the coffee machine had not been filled. Not one of the guests at breakfast thought it was acceptable and at no stage were we asked if everything was alright , otherwise I would have complained. There was no one available when I left to do so. I paid £104 which for the experience was not value for lovey. I would definitely not recommend.

This was a delightful experience! The hotel is charming but not fussy, bed was comfy and the room was bright and cheerful. The real key to this hotel is staff. So often we go to hotels and never see the same staff members twice. There were 3 staff members who we saw every day and they were very friendly without being intrusive. They made every effort to make our stay wonderful! And they succeeded! The hotel is located in a lovely safe neighborhood. Bus stop is very close and lots of great restaurants. Thanks for a great stay!
