Ótimo para ficar longe do agito
Estilo resort, o hotel é bom para curtir a tranquilidade. A praia em frente é linda, mas o mar é agitado e não é recomendável entrar. Assim, a praia vale mais para uma caminhada. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortaveis. O unico porem do hotel é ficar bem afastado da cidade de Cairns. Dá quase ma hora de ônibus
Hotel tranquilo entre Cairns e Port Douglas
Hotel é interessante para quem quer ficar mais tempo, pois os quartos são grandes e bem equipados com cozinha completa e laundry. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom e vários outros ficam a poucas quadras de distância. Super tranquilo para caminhar, dia e noite na cidade. Spa do hotel e de hotel vizinhos são ótimos. Praia boa para caminhadas, enquanto estive lá não pude nadar por causa de água-viva. Palm Cove só é interessante se tiver com carro alugado e poder fazer viagens para Cairns ou Port Douglas, pois fica no meio do caminho de ambas cidades, que são mais movimentadas.
Nice for a get away
This place is the perfect location if you just want to relax by the 3 pools. It’s only a short 5 minute walk into the little Palm Cove town & waterfront, be aware you can’t swim in the sea due to the local crocodiles & stingers. Palm Cove is approximately 15 mins from the airport. This resort has onsite restaurants, underground car park. Highly recommend 🥂😎👏🏼
A sprinkle of Bali in a setting comparable to Maui
This is a Bali inspired resort perfect for families built around a magnificent pool. Rooms available that open onto the pool to rooftop penthouses make it a perfect family destination - you would be happy not to leave the resort. Its a 5min walk to the start of the main strip in town along the beach with 5 star restaurants in terms of food but casual vibe inclusive to families. Not being able to swim due to stinger season didn't bother us - the resort pool made up for this. Organise a Coles delivery to your room if you have small kids and/or enjoy the discount benefits of an Accor membership and happy hour drink specials. We will be back. Having recently visited Kaanapali, Maui we felt Palm Cove is as good or better with more restaurants and less people. No waves like Maui but there were none when we visited. Marine life compares, beaches are the same (minus the swimmers) tropical rainforest and mountains to the beaches compares as does the heat and humidity with tropical rain showers to cool you down.
Deserves the 5 star rating
Everything about our stay was simply luxurious and Palm Cove is a convenient place to base your holiday on. Many of the sights are within a short drive. Can not fault the staff, the room, the hotel or the service we recieved.
