Great Option When Visiting Chico

Daughter’s graduation form Chico State. All other hotels in Chico were price-gauging parents, so decided to stay at Best Western in Paradise. The town was ravaged by fire recently, so we were expecting the hotel to be in need of repair. We were wrong! They did a great job rebounding. The room was clean and had 2 sinks in the main part of the room (perfect since there were 3 of us). Great amenities that worked well, soft water in the shower. Beds were super comfy. Nice breakfast choices, friendly & helpful staff. Easy 15 minute drive to Chico State campus. Highly recommend!

From check-in to departure, everything about my stay was great! The employees were friendly, the rooms were clean, the hotel was located within a few minutes of everything I needed. It was so nice to see the town of Paradise coming back from the damages of the 2018 Campfire.

This hotel was very nice, clean and the workers were pleasant. My only issue is it is hard for short people or the elderly to sit to eat breakfast or to get into bed as the beds are higher than a normal bed and some of the chairs were the tall ones.

The room and the service was outstanding! We had to take care of family business and we got this hotel short notice. The hotel was clean and everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. I will be staying at this location again!

If you want a clean, well decorated room, along with excellent customer service from EVERYONE working at the location, that is doggy friendly and you'd like actual breakfast options (not just a bag with 3 items you DON'T want), then stay here. Don't waste your time staying anywhere else, it's worth it!
