Stayed for 1 night, the bar area is very pleasant and I was excited when I was told I was in a ‘garden’ room. The room was clean but shabby, it needed some decorating, and I was surprised as the stay wasn’t cheap. As for the garden room…. I drew back the curtains to see a wall, nothing more. This hotel is in a good location and close to the airport but I wouldn’t return.

Rooms were not ready by 6pm, we got the wrong rooms, meals were wrong / no urgency to solve issues, overall a nice facility, close to the airport, but the service was really poor - staff feels unprepared for guests.

The reception uses a mobile app for check-in, but the process is very slow and unprofessional. It seems, everything is new and the people are not familiar with it. My check-in took almost 15 minutes. Can you imagine what happens if a bus arrives? The same for check-out. The invoice was wrong/not complete and I had to accept a split manual version. Later another copy arrived by email which was wrong too. This is not at all how an up-to-date hotel should work. The room was OK, but average. The people are very friendly and try their best. The breakfast is OK, but fresh vegetables such as cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. are neither available nor can be organized. So overall I would not book it again under those circumstances.

Perfect location for our overnight stay before a flight from Orly airport ( free shuttle bus outside the main door to terminals). Checking in very easy ( iPad no messy papers) staff are very young and VERY helpful. Rooms -Facilities -and general appearance of this hotel are immaculate. Very nice experience and would recommend to anyone.

Stayed one night prior to a flight from Orly airport. Can't fault the hotel. Restaurant was ok and the room superb. Large room and comfy bed. Good night's sleep, recommend if you are overnighting at Orly prior to a flight.
