Hotel super novo, ótima localização e e atendimento impecável !! A concierge Jenne foi excelente em nos ajudar em tudo o que precisamos durante a nossa estadia !! Isso fez a diferença é ela merece nota 1000

Definitely make time to use the spa, it was just what we needed after a day of walking. The steam room was the best I’ve experienced and my skin was glowing after. The rooms are beautifully decorated and felt very luxurious. The products provided smelt divine and our bedding was lovely too. I’m a light sleeper and didn’t hear anything during our stay. We loved the atmosphere at breakfast, when buffets usually feel hectic this breakfast room was relaxed and calming. The setting is glorious as it has a beautiful view into a green courtyard. I highly recommend their scrambled eggs which were the best I’ve had and the tea - being from England, I can say was the best cup I’ve had in any hotel! Thank you so much to the team for making our stay perfect. Your service was faultless and location perfect. We can not wait to return.

Skin treatment very much average, polite welcoming

This is supposed to be Shiseido spa, Japanese quality skin treatments. Either my esthetician was a beginner or she was not trained by Japanese experts. She knew the products well but this is very very far from a Japanese experience. The price for 1 hour skin treatment is really high, premium price, so you imagine how I was surprised that she disappeared 10 minutes when she put the mask while normally supposed to continue to do neck or arm massage. They were polite and welcoming though I was disappointed immensely by the quality of skin treatment. Besides, normally once you have a skin care appointment, you are allowed to use the facility before: in this spa you have a bit cheaper price. What a pity as in Paris à real Shiseido spa, Japanese quality will be very much welcome!

Last Minute Engagement Surprise

What a fantastic hotel. I spent a week looking at high end hotels in Paris for a surprise engagement plan I had . Location and someplace central but not too touristy. Nailed it. Beautiful little boutique hotel right where you want to be , Shopping , attractions, food. it was perfect. Our room was on the smaller side but I was late booking and my girl over packed. so extra luggage lol. What made the stay was the staff. Guiliaume the Concierge had us booked last min. at top Michelin start restaurants and nightlife. Like a personal planner that was connected . I mean. I didnt make plans ... He just called and said ..what do you want to do tonight? The rest of the staff was 5 star. all the way. polite curtious and helpful. The location right in the thick of all the designer stores and cafe's. Room service showed up almost immediately. Cant wait to come back. Thanks Les Jardin. You made a perfect week for us!!

Top Service, top Hotel, Perfect Location and the best Concierge! The breakfast was very good! Always a warm welcome in this hotel. If you need something they will do this just in time. The rooms are very comfortable.
