Good place to stay. Easy access to E470 and staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast is also offered with a few options. I would stay here again when traveling in northern Colorado or to DIA.

No Internet and Noisy to distraction

I am an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and when I tell the hotel manager that your Internet speed registers at .05 MBPS it should be a cause for concern. It was not! That is non existent Internet. PERIOD!!! I get paid to be on the Internet and when it takes me 1 1/2 hours to accomplish what I can normally due easily in less than 5 minutes, you have a serious problem. The fact that it was not taken seriously and was in fact taken with condescension (college word) by the intellectually challenged is pathetic. Obviously there are no plans to fix this dysfunctional facility. Aside from management, I suspect a CHEAPASS owner is involved. Additionally, in a hotel that is nearly empty, making sure that everyone in the hotel is packed side by side in the rooms makes it ridiculously noisy. This, when I as a Diamond Reward Member of many years requested specifically to be in a distant room away from other guests. Could have been easily done. Couldn't it? THIS is instead what I got. Bang, crash, bang, boom! All night long. Not for me ever again. Could be an ok hotel. IT IS NOT! NOT RECOMMENDED!

My siblings were impressed by the location of the hotel. It was between Denver and Elizabeth City. We traveled from Arizona and Texas to see my grandson's performance of Annie in Parker. We were able to find your hotel close by the performance theater. It was a very satisfying weekend.

The good and bad for this hotel.

To be fair this hotel is in parker which is a good neighborhood. The issue I had is with the manager and the employees of this hotel. When I arrived at this hotel there was an issue with the virtual card that priceline.com provides the hotels. The front desk manager it was obvious was upset about this and kept cussing and raising his voice and being hostile about it. He kept mentioning how the rate I received was cheaper than the one the desk quotes. The first room he gave me was right next to the elevator and had a very strange smell so I had to request a change of rooms. The next room he tried to give me did not have a security latch on the door. He did this after he told me this is not going to be fun so basically he was harrassing me. I told him after this that I would like to cancel my reservation and he told me he did cancel the reservation and that I would have to talk to priceline.com about the refund. When I did call priceline.com and explained what happened they told me that the hotel refused to give me a refund for their unprofessional behavior. There has to be some sort of thing they can do because who would want to stay in a hotel where they are being harassed by the employees. This has costs 170 use because of these shady employees. It's obvious that they do this type of stuff on purpose or someone persuaded them to harrass me. They were upset that I got a cheap deal on priceline.com. why do they even do business with the websites if they are going to be mean and passive aggressive to the customers. I have stayed and many hotels and this was just outrageous that the employees would be like this. The surrounding businesses also make this hotel uncomfortable. This is something that I noticed when I went to this place.

Poor Business Practice

Given a smoking room and not was advised as such at check-in and have asthma. Room smelled like an ashtray along with pot. With COVID, the power of the smell suggests rooms are not cleaned and sanitized. Hotel would not give a different room or different hotel. Apparently no housekeeping on-site either after talking to customer service several days later. Management was unresponsive and is apparently never on-site despite numerous contact attempts. Would not give us a refund. Had to stay at a different hotel.
