Booked SHA Plus. Even though I emailed the hotel 24 hours before my arrival, to reconfirm my flight arrival time, the driver was still an hour late . Upon arrival at the hotel I was treated like an infected prisoner. Can't these people realize, that the lowest Covid threat to anyone are arriving passengers? Went in the room, and found that the air conditioning didn't work. Called reception to inform them, who said that they would send someone to come and check. A guy came, pushed the buttons on the control(as if I didn't know how it worked), but it didn't work and he left. Nothing was done about it, they didn't change me to another room. So I was stuck in a sweatbox room. To add insult to injury the room was full of mosquitoes. Got zero sleep and was eaten alive. The hotel looks like it was built in 1980 and has had zero maintenance since then! Just another SHA scam hotel. Avoid it like the plague

Hello, dear ladies and gentlemen. Accommodation at this hotel was booked and fully paid in advance. ASQ (ALQ) - 15 days. However, before day arrival, the Thai government reduced the quarantine period to 7 days. This hotel refused to refund money to customers for unused 8 days, arguing that they decided to raise prices from the new month. The ASQ and ALQ programs are government quarantine, not just hotel accommodation for rest. And the terms of quarantine are determined by the Government of Thailand. Changing dates in no way depends on whether your guests have made a reservation. And I am sure that you agree that the hotel guest who booked accommodation in your hotel is not to blame for the fact that the deadlines were shortened. Also, the hotel cannot extend new prices to bookings already made last month and paid in advance. It's not fair. Be very careful gentlemen, do not trust this hotel completely. As for the hotel, its rooms can be rated at 3 points. Very dirty, dust-filled curtains. The condition is very old. But the service person is friendly, they try to help if they can. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are acceptable. The pillows are very uncomfortable, springs dig into the back from the mattresses. On one bed there was a protective mattress pad, but on the second double bed there was a narrow mattress pad (somewhere 70-80 cm), which covered only a narrow strip of the central part. Tea bags are not provided, take them with you. Very bad soundproofing.

Stayed here for my quarantine period although I’ve booked a transfer for one person they wanted me to wait after a flight for another passenger to arrive. The website has different price on bf was another offer. When I contacted the hotel I was told that there was no offers now although bf was updated less than 12 hours ago. That was rather obvious to me as I am not Thai. And we know that there are different rules and prices for Thais and others. The room is spacious , the advantage for the hotel was that it has a big balcony and a bath apart from that there is no reason to stay here. The hotel is very dated and very dirty. Dust on walls, lamps, mould in corners. The pictures here are very well photo-shopped, the room is cleaned every third day after your first test. the food is ok most of the time however the portions are very small and staff have problems to bring it at times you want it. there is only a few English TV channels and plenty mosquitoes day and night. Bring your own booze as those hotels here are like prison.

NEVER STAY HERE!!! It’s not 5* as on booking.com... it’s not even a 1* So many rude Russians. The staff just spoke Russian no English, the pool has like 20 sun beds for hundreds of people, there’s no gym as advertised, the room was dirty everyday even after cleaning, the pool bar never opened as Russians bought drink and food at shops so hotel didn’t see the need to open them in the day. The hotel is old and dated unlike the photos they used!! The breakfast was disgusting .... the only thing partially edible was the omelette even that was so raw inside we ate 1/2 then went to an outside restaurant. The lobby / reception looks 5* the rest can’t scrape 1* together!!! It’s the worst hotel in 19 days of travelling in thailand ranging from Bangkok, Koh Lanta, phi phi islands. Krabi, Phuket, Pattaya, Koh Samui!! It’s the worst hotel I’ve stayed in , in my 37 years on this earth!!! It’s close to the beach that’s it otherwise no positives!!!

We were happy with the staff and service. Kids friendly. Easier to walk to the beach or take bus to mall. We brought the twins there . They love the pool. We had a great time there. Its not a luxury hotel but its good for me.
