Hi, I stayed there from 22nd Feb to 7th march .booked online from the hotel website. Hotel is amazing .👏 At nice location ,near to everything you want. Hotel staff is very nice . It's my request to some of indian travellers please respect hotel staff follow all the rules.

Worst hotel in Pattaya

One of the worst experience, in all category they disappoint me. property is very old not maintain at all. Starting from room, shower never gives constant warn water keep changing hot and cold you cant stay for more than 10 second for shower. One day they forget to give room service/cleaning. Breakfast is worst , all 5 days they repeat the same . closing time is 10 am but always around 9.30 food getting short and they will start winding up with very very rood behaviors. They will not provide extra towel , it will cost you 60 Baht, can you imagine ? reception to pool cleaning everyone is rood.

Returning to Nova Platinum Hotel after almost 3 year Covid break I had mixed feelings: there was information about deterioration of life in Pattaya as a result of pandemia. What positively strikes me after my arrival to the Hotel is that covid pandemia did not have any influence on Nova Platinum Hotel. Everything remains on the same highest level! It is specially important for me because after spending here near 600 days (20 visits 30 days each since 2011) I consider Nova Platinum Hotel my second home and the best Hotel in Pattaya. And indeed when you come to this Hotel you will find the following highlights: moderate prices and at the same time very high quality living standarts, comfortable clean rooms, great location (very quiet area and at the same time 8 minutes walking distance from famous Walking street), exotic swimming pools, very good restaurant. And of course many kind words deserves high professional Administration and other staff of the Hotel ready to help you anytime and immediatelly. I'm pretty sure that it's hardly possible to find any other hotel in Pattaya with full combination of such advantages. Expressing my deep gratitude to all staff of the Hotel I just want to say that I will be devoted to my second home - Nova Platinum Hotel forever. I'm eagerly waiting for the moment to be back again here next year. Best regards and deep thanks once again! Sergey, permanent customer.

i have stayed in a lot of hotels over my time this must be one of the Woest hotels i have every stayed in booked with my Thai wife and paid for breakfast when i booked first when i got their was taken up to the room and was a leak in the room, but they where not sure if they could move us room then when they did move us rooms the room was smaller and not very nice. Anyway that aside went down for breakfast in morning was charged for it if thought i paid extra when i booked so i pay went to the hotel reception and they say was room with no breakfast it was not till hour later they found it the room was booked with breakfast so i got a refund. When down the second morning for breakfast and they tried to charge me again but however i did not pay as they worked out i was not meant to pay, Mo housekeeping came to change out room i ran out of toilet roll i rang down to reception to see if could get some toilet roll and i was told ill see what i can do and they hung up on me i ended up having to go to 7 11 and buying some toilet roll because the hotel could not be bother to bring me any up. I will never stay in this hotel again am i meant to have the same towels for 3 days running .

Stayed there 7th Oct to 15th Oct. It was amazing stay .staff is very good .breakfast very nice .old property but really worth to stay there. First vacation after 2019 really very nice . Booked again from 22nd Feb 2023 to 7th march 2023. And for complaining people ,please respect staff as they are working so hard .
