o hotel é muito bom, com ótimo atendimento e sua localização fica numa regia agitada e ba um lugar incrivelmente descolado, fui muito bem atendido por seus funcionários, e seus restaurantes são incríveis.

Hotel muito bom, com atendimento excelente. Ótimos restaurantes. Localizado em uma das pontas da walking street que é o point de Pattaya. Esteja preparado para não cair em tentação neste lugar.

จองห้องฝั่งสวนไว้รู้สึกประทับใจ ห้องสวยสะอาด ต้นไม้เยอะมากสระว่ายน้ำสวยดี พนักงานบริการดี จะมาพักอีกแน่นอน i recommend this hotel so nice and good service nice staff and good location in Pattaya near by walking street.

I had booked the hotel for 3 nights but I extended my stay to a week. I had booked the Ocean View Deluxe Room. Initially I wasn't happy with the view but it was swiftly addressed and I was moved to the top floor. The hotel was very well maintained and had great service. I used to get up late and many times requested my room to be cleaned up late in the evening but the hotel always obliged without a fuss. Ms Tatar and her team took good care of my requests and were very supportive. I had some issues with the Ac as I feel extra hot in general so I need more cooling. The hotel did everything in their power to address my needs. They went as far to upgrade my room to a suite which really made my stay memorable. For all the Indians here who I have seen complaining about the reception staff and other things. Please learn to be patient and respect others. Most Indians guests behave as if they own the place once they book a place. We need to be more patient and respectful especially as we are in another country and if we need some requests such as early check in etc to be addressed. Our impatience has certainly created a bad image for us everywhere. Take things at the pace of a holiday and not like how we do business in India. The hotel does care about us infact there was a separate buffet menu only for Indians. I will always be their customer and the hotel will be my goto destination. Thank you for the pleasurable stay.

Reception Staff need to be more friendly

Hotel is Good The location is good just next to walking street Cons Reception staff need to be more courteous While helping others. Whenever you call for something they will say we will get back and they never call you back Buffet need to be little bit more vegetarian friendly. Very limited options available for vegetarians
