What a lovely place, the photos really don’t do it justice. Jean and Andy made us feel very welcome, tea and homemade biscuits on arrival. Our double room (with new en-suite) was beautiful looking out over the fields. Breakfast was lovely complete with home made scones. Shame we only stayed one night - would definitely return if we’re that way again.

Spectacular location overlooking the River Tay. Jean & Andy made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was good with home-made scones the highlight. Room was clean & comfortable with an en-suite. No TV, but who needs one with views like that? Nice change to be on a working farm - would certainly go again if in the area.

Fantastic place stayed on our way up to Scotland and on way back jean and Andy make you really welcome lovely people had 2 dogs poppy and tilly who also enjoyed there stay lovely rooms when we go again will always stop here no point in looking for anything else as this was just perfect

Very clean and friendly. Andy and jean perfect hosts highly recommended stunning scenery all in all perfect. made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable from a long trip up to Scotland. The breakfast in the morning was extremely delicious.

Location is brilliant... That's about the best comment I can make. The room was not clean. There were stains on the bedding and I wouldn't sleep on it, so we left before midnight. The bathroom is shared with everyone who stays there , including the owners. There was hairs all over the bath. No TV. The carpet was thread bear in the room in places. Stayed in some fantastic places but this was the first time we felt the need to just pack up and go, even after a 5 Hr drive, with another 5 to go. We slept in the car in a layby for an hour instead on our way home.
