Stayed for a wedding. An amazing experience

Rooms were clean. Staff was extremely helpful . My kids have nut allergy and I was helped immediately, and nut free food was prepared.Had a great time .Would recommend to friends and family.We attended a wedding in April and it was arranged beautifully.

Large rooms

Had a cancelled flight at LGA and had to come to PHL to get out at an early enough time. This was not my first choice but i got rebooked, but was pleased. Front desk person was super nice and helpful. Parking is easy but sometimes you have to move the cones yourself. Rooms are large and quiet. Bed comfy. The cleaning of the shower was a little iffy but overall the room was quite impressive for what it was. Area doesn’t seem to have much around but maybe I just didn’t look.

Stayed here for three nights. Can hear neighbors yelling, laughing and screaming all night. Bed linens are changed every 3 days so there is no maid service at all if you stay three nights. We had full garbage bins. Not good. Beds are hard. Room heater is loud. TV is cheap, blurry. Bathroom is so small and you have to fight to keep the shower door closed. not a good area for breakfast. especially Sunday AM. Don't go to the diner across the street. Not good at all. Also, all night long you can hear panic alarms on cars going off.

The hotel rooms were very nice and clean. Had all the necessary amenities. There's a shuttle to and from the airport. The staff was courteous especially Elaine and Djamal, they answered any questions that I had with professionalism. I will be back here again.

Loved staying at the hotel. It’s is a great location and so close to the airpot and sports stadiums. The rooms were super clean and very spacious for family and friends. The food was so good and the room service was great. I highly recommend staying here.
