Fantastic
Off the beaten path! Fantastic everything. Spent 2 weeks here for work and enjoyed every minute of it. Everything clean and all the employees are super nice. Location puts you in short distance of many restaurants and stores.

We stayed here in February and it was fantastic but it has went down. It must have sold. There were no fresh cookies laid out like the last time. The desk clerk was not friendly. There is no hot breakfast which is just an excuse because of Covid. We have stayed at other motels with a hot breakfast. There was only cold cereal, some muffins, no coffee and sweet bar. They also do not clean your room if you stay more than 1 night. You have to come to the desk to get clean towels. The beds were bad, not good for back issues. The hairdryer on the wall had dust on it. The shower curtain had mildew. The trash can outside was dirty. The motel was not busy at all but they put some real noisy people above us that sounded like a herd of elephants. There were two of us with only 2 big towels. The internet wasn’t great either. I doubt we will stay here again.
Terrible Stay
Room was dingy & smelly. The beds were horrible and very uncomfortable. This was our first time staying at a Country Inn & Suites and our last. Called to let them know that our son left his phone in the room and they flat out lied saying it’s not in there. So now I guess one of their employees has a new phone! Disgusted!
NIGHTMARE!!! Will never be back
Dirty and filthy. Bathroom had hair all in it and it had not be cleaned. Towels had been used and rolled back up. Floor was dirty and had not been vacuumed. Filter in air conditioning unit was so dirty it was black. Wife had to clean it herself. We will not be back we wasted our money. Of course corporate office don’t care if we lost our money or not. WARNING DO NOT STAY HERE
Terrible beds, outdated room, non-working appliances.
This hotel used to be the best hotel in Pineville Louisiana. I can no longer say the same. It seems like everything in the Pineville Alexandria area has just went down hill. I will stay at Holiday Inn Express next time.
