Pros - we had a King bed and it was spacious and comfortable Cons - only one slow elevator, pull out sofa mattress stained and had to ask for sheets and pillows, tub had a roach crawling in it (maintenance came and got it out but no one offered to clean the tub we requested) faucets dripped and sprayed out wall, doors slam when closing so constant noise from hallway, and there still not provided the advertised hot breakfast.

Some Concerns - Good Stay Overall

First room offered was musty and smelt of animal urine. There was urine stains on the ends of the curtains near the floor, it was obvious and gross. A very active pet friendly hotel. Moved to a 2nd room thay was much better. Your CC will be pre Auth and authorized prior to arrival, at check in and during your stay. It's an annoying inconvenience especially when traveling for business. They expect you to deal with it because you are at their leisure. I would have returned if their unnecessary financial practices change. Their response to the matter is not one of concern.

Hotel is close to George Bush hwy and that works out perfect for us. Their rates are always the best and service is good as well. Pool is nice and clean. Staff is always helpful when we inquire for anything.

Hotel is really clean and recently updated. Staff is very helpful and nice. Their pool was small but nice and temp. was good as well. Highly recommended for the price and quality. Very close the places we wanted to go to. Will be back for sure

Front desk lady is rude

Upon arrival after waiting and watching who I later find out is the front desk lady look at me and get on the elevator ignoring me at the front desk, for 30 minutes and calling the front desk phone, an older lady comes to the front desk with an attitude. I see the sign stating a $25 incidentals fee, I mentioned that I booked through Expedia and had no idea about the $25. I ask about cash, she then proceeds to tell me I don’t have a real debit card because I mention transferring funds so then she pops some food in her mouth and while chewing attempts to say something more rude as I walk out. Clearly the woman is racist and extremely rude, I would never suggest this place to anyone. I’m super disappointed. I will be notifying the corporate office in the morning. She was even rude when my husband called the hotel asking for the number to corporate.
