Upon checking in I found out the front desk had given me bad information about their pet poilcy and they didn't have anymore pet friendly rooms even though I had booked 3 weeks prior and called immediately to check if I needed to do anything special to have my dog with me. Thankfully the GM was the person working the desk and she managed to maneuver things around and get us into a room. Upon checking we quickly realized that housekeeping didn't clean the room properly. This was evident by the trash we found under the ottoman in the sitting room. They didn't replaced all the towels before we checked in. In a suite that is supposed to sleep 6 there were only 2 bath towels, and one hand towel on the left side of the rail, making it look like they had just left them there because the previous people hadn't used them. There were no hand towels, or wash cloths at all. The tub looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in a year. There were stains all over the floor outside the elevator all 3 days that we were there that were never cleaned. I have photos to back all of this up! Our air conditioning didn't work the first day and night we were there. The lady on duty evidently didn't care because starting at 7pm when it quit I told her several times throughout the evening that I needed someone to look at it and she kept forgetting. It probably had to do with her being on her personal phone for 5 hours straight in between her smoke breaks outside. She told me finally at almost midnight that the next person coming on would come up because he was better with the ac then she was. Then she again "forgot" to tell him. I called down at 1230am and asked him had he not been informed of the issue. He had no clue. He came up straight away and attempted multiple things to get the system working but he couldn't. He brought us 2 fans for to help because the room was already up to 73 degrees. The beds are overly firm and the sleeper sofe may as well have been springs with a sheet on them. There were no blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa like most hotels have in the wardrobe. Thankfully we tend to bring our own pillows from home and my kids had their personal blankets so we made it work. When I was checking out I informed the manager on duty about everything that had happened. Her answer was that the lady who had been working the night of the ac issues had a personal situation with her daughter and thats why she didnt do her job. She said she would tell t

My company put us up here due to mechanical issues with my truck. Clean room, great breakfast, indoor pool. Thanks for the hospitality. 200 characters, eh? Fine. There once was a man from Nantucket. Oh, look! Minimum character count reached!

Nice clean place to stay, Close to the interstate, restaurants and gas stations. Easy on and off access to the interstate, easy to find hotel. Staff friendly. Will stay there again on our way home from the south.

The entire weekend experience was wonderful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and delicious. The kids really enjoyed the waffles and fruit. They had a blast swimming in the pool and didn’t want to get out.

The room was very comfortable, nice pillows. The cookies were delicious, but the breakfast was way above average. It had fresh blueberries and diced strawberries to put on the waffles, and also a bowl of fresh fruit by the hot breakfast items, which included a veggie cheese omelet, sausage and diced potatoes. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
