Awful! Not safe or clean!!

This place is awful. It’s filthy and the halls smell awful. The rooms were not clean, only had two bath towels even though the reservation was for me and my two teenage kids. No soap, no hand towels, no Kleenex. The water pressure was awful. Bathroom floors have not been cleaned in a long time. It’s not a safe building. There are five doors that go into the hotel and none of them have keycard access. Our door did not lock when we left. We were in town for a family member’s funeral. When we left for the funeral service I found all you had to do was turn the door handle and it opened. We took anything of value with us and I had anxiety all day that someone would go into our room and steal our stuff. It seems like it’s low income housing. It becomes super sketchy at night. Seriously, people can walk in off the street and and walk right into your room since there’s zero security. The Palwaukee airport is a few feet away from your window, so it can be noisy. I had booked the room for four nights and ended up leaving after two. I didn’t feel safe and the place was a complete dump.

Horrible. Sheets were found dirty called house keeping to come change them I was clearly told "if you need to change bedsheets I come get them and change your own sheets" I was told it is hotel policy. Place is filthy. Had to get a different hotel.

Don’t come here unless you’re looking to stay a night and probably get high. This place sucked. Not clean either. We had mold in our bathroom. Random stains in our bed. Disgusting place. Don’t stay here.

Dirty and smelly

The lobby smelled like sewage, the afternoon clerk was rude, the stairs to our room floor were extremely dirty as well as the stairwell window. Our floor smelled like people had been chain smoking cigarettes all day. The white comforter on our bed had a large yellow stain, and 2 of the pillow cases were filthy- one had what looked like mascara on it and the other had small blood stains. We did not stay, we found a new hotel and went there. The night audit clerk, Shayanna, was amazing and the only good thing about this hotel.

Poorly Maintain and rundown

The rooms are poorly maintained, rundown and dirty. No Housekeeping. If you need clean sheets, they hand you sheets to do it yourself? Seriously? My Sister's room, had no functioning toilet whatsoever. No Internet, despite them advertising as having "Free Wi-Fi". No elevator. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. When I see the Ramada name, I expected some sort of quality control. Nope, you get Motel 6 Quality at Ramada prices. I will never stay at another Ramada Hotel ever again.
