A equipe de atendimento é ótima. O gerente Yan resolveu todos os problemas quando era possível. As portas estão velhas e não fecham direito, então, você sabe quando seus vizinhos estão chegando e saindo pois tem que batê-las para fechar. A segurança é contestável. Não há cofres nos quartos. mas há câmeras nos corredores. O apartamento que fiquei eram muito barulhento pois era no primeiro andar e final 0. O apartamento tinha cozinha mas sem nenhum utensilio. A localização e vista são impagáveis. A limpeza é boa mas há baldinhos nos corredores para água do ar condicionado....Volto a hospedar pela localização, vista para o mar e atenção da equipe.
Great location and staff but poor wifi and rooms needs updating.

The best part is the location. It was right at the beach, playa de los muertos and in front of the Muelle de playa de los muertos. Excellent location. This is also part of zona romantica where the excitement and action of PV are all located. The rooms are at best described as spartan but the balconies do look out to the beach so really hard to diminish that. If your priority is location, then this is a good hotel, but there are also other hotels close by that may offer more services and comfort. The Staff is also a big asset. Front desk all speak English and quite responsive. Gervacio went over and above every single time to help out the guests.
Disliked · The WIFI is so poor in this hotel that it's almost non-existent. This makes it especially difficult for when you have to do video visit for the COVID-19 testing requirement. No matter where in the hotel, the signal strength is mediocre at best. You're better off going to a nearby cafe or restaurant for wifi.
The bathrooms are OLD and grungy looking. I wish the owners will invest some money to improve their toilets and make their wifi functional.
DISGRACEFUL lack of support for Hotel Reservations Due to Covid-19

I booked and paid Expedia for a Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, 15 day vacation, hotel and flights, on February 2, 2020. On April 17, 2020 I received an email from Expedia that my flights to Mexico had been cancelled due to Covid-19 and a travel credit had been issued. At this time there was no mention of a credit for my hotel (Emperador) even though I now had no means of travelling to Mexico. I contacted Expedia and they told me that my booking was non-refundable but they would contact the hotel on my behalf, which they did. Expedia's response was they they had arranged with the hotel (Emperador) in PV to honor my paid reservation until December 2020. As everyone knows, the Covid-19 pandemic continued to rapidly deteriorate after that. As such I was not able to travel before the end of 2020. I contacted the hotel (Emperador) directly to see if I could possibly extend my credit until May of 2021 and was able to make arrangements for that to happen. I was tentatively re-booked for 15 days starting May 18, 2021, but once again I was not able to travel due to government Covid travel restrictions, and will not be able to travel at a later date in 2021. On April 2, 2021 I tried to contact the hotel to let them know I will not be showing up again and find out if I had any options. I have not received so much as a reply. I have subsequently sent 3 more emails with no reply. I can only assume that my $1200.00 is long gone.
I realize that this has been a very trying and stressful time for everyone around the world but, hotel providers like Emperador have to realize that abhorrent service during this hopefully once in a life time event will have consequences. The pandemic will end and travel will resume but people will remember the businesses that stood by their clients that pay their wages and bills but more so, the companies that screwed them over. Taking money and providing ZERO services should be illegal regardless of how much fine print you put in your documents.
NOTE: I did not stay at the Emperador but had to check a box to submit this review.
Great location and rate

Excellent location. Plus a good price. I'm enjoying it for 4 days. In this lovely place. Puerto Vallarta. And the hotel is close to restaurants bars. Small boutiques. Plus in from to Playa Los Muertos. Better impossible. I have an excellent view and the room good size too. The only negative wifi is terrible. But better. More time to enjoy the place. Sometimes things happen for a reason.

Lovely older Mexican hotel, right on the beach with great views. We had a balcony facing the ocean, lovely afternoon breezes and fantastic sunsets. Oxxo is right across the street for grabbing beer or snacks for the room. Staff were friendly, room was very clean Location is the best, if you like great restaurants, Si Senor is part of the hotel and the beachfront restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices.
