Eu e minha irmã adoramos o hotel. Oscar nos recebeu muito bem e nos prestou todas as informações! O quarto é muito confortável! A piscina é deliciosa após um dia de sol, praia e passeios! Estamos muito satisfeitas! Com tudo! O café da manhã é delicioso! Hotel perto do Malecon e da praia!

Beautiful Boutique Hotel on the Coale River

This hotel is unique and beautiful. We stayed in the Alejandro suite for a little over four weeks with our dog, Teddy. This suite has a very large deck facing the Coale river. Most everything went well during our stay - some minor blips but the staff was quick to respond. Speaking of staff - they are extremely responsive, courteous, and friendly. The hotel offers an ample breakfast (many choices) along with a plate of fruit and OJ. During our stay, we met people from all over the world. My partner and I live in a condo in Minnesota and we are used to a lot of rules - there are none at this hotel. I think they just expect that you will act like an adult! Oops - one rule - you can't have outside guests use the pools - but then, there's always the ocean or the river. We hope to return in 2024 for another four weeks. One-of-A-Kind Adult Crib.

We visited each of the 18 onsite rooms and will accurately claim, very clean, bright, airy, and magnificently appointed. An eclectic, breath of fresh air, not ostentatious in any manner, and yet slightly funky. Certainly, the antithesis of a cookie-cutter Sheraton. My wife and I enjoyed accommodations in three different motifs; the Gabriella, The Green Room, and Elektra while spending 12 days of education/business/pleasure at this little gem. We gained a veritable feel for the floral, yet gritty and rustic PV Old Town neighborhood, as the building is tucked along the banks of the Rio Cuale. Structurally well-built, the property is quiet, relaxed, and even soothing with its' relatively small seven-story footprint. RdelR is blessed with a very attentive staff (many thanks to Itzel, Carolina, and Grant) willing, listening, and assisting with any request. (i.e calling a taxi, needing 100% cotton sheets, moving luggage between rooms, and addressing the lack of hot water). The penthouse pool is inviting and the view of PV Zona Romantica is outstanding. If we are fortunate to again have the opportunity, we will return here to retrieve a piece of our hearts.

An extraordinary Beautiful hotel, great location off the beaten path! I Definitely recommend! The staff was very accommodating and pleasant and their tips and suggestions were spot on. The views from the rooftop pool is stunning. This hotel is worth a visit.

Words really can't describe how perfect of a boutique hotel this was for us. For a girls trip, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone on staff Ivan, Jerry & Carolina had the best recommendations. We really enjoyed the location away from all the main tourist areas. The pool on the rooftop was so good we didn't even bother spending a day at the nearby beach. It's super safe and 10/10 would recommend for girls trips and a relaxing stay.
