Overnight stay overnight nightmare?

So far we have arrived and found the dirty towel rolled Up behind the bed in room 106. They switched us to another room that is clean however the comforter and sheets were dirty- so I got new ones and scoured the room with a fine tooth comb. Everything else is good except the huge hole in the wall. Didn’t read reviews just needed a spot to sleep over night. Here goes nothing! Ask about a discount for our trouble and I was just told ,” uh no?” By attendant on a cell phone who didn’t really care. Good lord, hope tonight goes smoothly. Pray for us. 😂😂😂😂😖

Pulled in to the parking lot and there was trash everywhere. Looking at the building we could see a pile of personal belongings and bags in the window of one of the rooms as if someone lived in there. Walking in it reeked of smoke. All of the mirrored or glass surfaces were streaked with a film and looked like they weren’t cleaned in months. This was a personal trip but I have been a flight attendant for 20 years and have never encountered a hotel that I didn’t even want to touch the sheets. Was supposed to have a complimentary breakfast, don’t bother, there was nothing there but apples, dry cereal and coffee and they shut it down 1/2 Hr before it was supposed to. This place was terrible! Please go elsewhere. I didn’t sleep all night worrying about the filth I was sleeping in.

We needed a place to stay overnight as we had a certification clinic we were attending at Nockamixon State Park the next morning. To find this hotel, I Googled hotels closest to Nockamixon State Park and an Econo Lodge came up that was beautiful with a swimming pool in the picture... just so you know it's nothing like the place in Quakertown. The building from the outside is very old with garbage in the parking lot.. it's a two-story rectangle building with parking lots on both sides with a first floor and second floor. The windows on the outside look like someone was prying at them and they're all bent crooked and rusty. When we walked inside the front desk was fine but as we turned to go to our room on the second floor we noticed the carpeted steps were very dirty grass covered all kinds of unidentified particles everywhere like they had not been swept in a week or month. That should have been the first clue what our room was going to be like. Our room was dirty the floor looking like it had not been cleaned from the previous guest and the spread on top of the bed was dirty with crusty blood spots and the blanket had some black streaks on it however the sheets appeared clean the bathroom had someone else's hair on the tub and on the floor. We used our choice hotel points toward this room and we're very disappointed. I regret not reading reviews because usually choice hotels are pretty nice but I have never stayed somewhere like this and will make sure I read all reviews next time. I wish I would have taken pictures!

Don't waste your money

We stayed here to fly out of Lehigh valley airport. The place reeks of cigarettes, the rooms are filthy, there was a used washcloth hanging on the towel rack. Don't waste your money, sleeping in your car would be better. The pictures on line are a fraud. This is the worst motel I've ever stayed

Where should I begin? Upon walking in, noticed all of the carpets were very dirty and the place smelled like smoke. In my room the carpets had clearly not been vacuumed in a long time, all of the furniture was dusty and dirty, sticky marks on the glass end table, floor in the bathroom had dirt, some kind of stain coming down the side of the shower, ceiling tiles were stained, paint chipping on walls, bedding was clearly old and had stains, towels had stains. Door did not lock properly without fiddling with it. I complained to the manager about the floors and although it appears they did a quick vacuum, they completely ignored the floors in the bathroom! I would have left and found another place but someone else booked it for me as I was traveling, so made the best of it. It was not worth the price and they should be ashamed to be putting people into these rooms.
