The thought of being quaranteed in a hotel for 10 days would be terrifying for many. Not for me. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel the warmth of the employees from the doorman/bell service, front desk, housekeeping and F&B (Millie's) - everyone and I'd say everyone just made me feel at home and provided me with every comfort possible. They were friendly, accommodating, and sensitive to my needs. I could feel how motivated they were and resulted to passion for their work. As a result, I was happy and enjoyed the short 10 days.
Again, Service was excellent, the room and bathroom was clean and had the amenities you would need, no crawling insects, excellent view from my room, efficient front desk who made me feel very important, F&B (Millie's) who delivered to the minute I requested for my meal and the rice bowls were affordable and delicious, Housekeeping who made sure I was provided everyhting I needed to give me comfort.

Its a wonderful experience to be in a place where people are pleasant and very happy to attend to your needs. I also commend the chef and the servers at Millie's place for a great dining experience. Thumbs up!!

We had a very good experience in the hotel. All the hotel staff - from the food attendants, technical people, supervisor - were always present and ready to help when we needed them. The ambiance is good for seminars since it is quiet and relaxing. The function room is clean and decent. Parking is no problem. Food is so good. Its value for money. Though we did not use any rooms.

The hotel is good, clean, and staffers are supportive. Keep it up. However, there just some suggestions to improve the service. Since the rooms are not sound proof, kindly advice or remind guests who are going to their rooms late, and those guests having late check ins (10pm to 12midnight) to please refrain from making noises as there are already guests sleeping. Case in point is last night in which there guests who checked in late and they are very noisy, which caused me to get awake. Thank you so much.
A very tired hotel

Stayed in this hotel for one night. For the price I paid, this hotel was not worth it. The fixtures and furniture are old and worn. The wash basin was cracked. There were no complimentary water nor coffee maker in the room. The only good thing about my stay were the pillows which big and firm.
