Great place! Excellent location. Good for families. Good also for business trips. Friendly staff in the hotel restaurants. Efficient breakfast buffet service for people on the go. Don’t miss the roof top bar!

It’s a nice hotel with clean and comfortable rooms and amenities. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices. Great place to relax and unwind. It’s very close to the malls with lots of restaurants to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay at Seda - definitely worth it if staying in Quezon City

Excellent stay at Seda Vertis North - this is my second time staying at this property. Seda Vertis North is located in the Vertis North development of Quezon City and it located within walking distance of Ayala Vertis North, Tri-noma and SM North. Check in was simple and the staff were professional. Room still looks new even though the property has been open for some time now, you have a 32 inch TV, Soy Cable and ability to connect a device via HDMI. Wifi is included and had a good connection speed. Bathroom facilities are very nice, water pressure in particular for the shower was very good. The rooms air conditioning unit was excellent at keep the room cold however at times it did get loud. The room sports a small table that can seat two so it was very good for eating and doing some work, and while the king bed was firm, it was spacious and still very comfortable. We tried the Buffet Breakfast which was at the Misto restaurant and had a mix of western and Filipino cuisines. The staff make a great coffee and the food quality was great but at $35 AUD p.p - in all honesty you can get something just as good as Ayala Vertis North or nearby Tri-Noma for less. Staff is one of the highlights at this property - they are very welcoming, polite, they go the extra mile (such as getting you ice or cutlery/plates for food) - 5/5 for the staff alone. Overall a great stay at Seda Vertis North, excellent value for the nightly rate and the location especially if you need to be in the Quezon City area - this is a perfect hotel to pick.

The room is cozy along with the bed, comforter and pillows - love the shampoo, body wash and conditioner! Hope they can sell those! 😊 One of the bellman in Seda Vertis North is very accommodating and helpful. Wanna commend him the name is “Nico” for being so respectful and guiding us all throughout our stay until we checked out. All thanks to him, in conclusion we were able to maximize our comfiest stay in Seda Vertis North. Thanks!

The place is really good. fast check in and check out, great pool. We also had the best breakfast at Misto we enjoyed pancake, pastries, champorado. Kudos to all F&b staff……hope to see you all soonest.
