First off, we can confirm the comments other guest have made about the care and attention received from all the staff, from the front desk who welcome and oriented you, to restaurant and spa staff who pampered you. We stayed for four days and surrendered to the resort experience. It’s a pity that the resort itself doesn’t reflect the same care and attention the staff provide as there are several areas that are in need maintenance. We mentioned this to the managers and were reassured that they are just waiting for the requisition to be signed and the work to proceed. The guest suites however are beautifully maintained. One thing to be aware in February is Quy Nhon can be quite cloudy and windy and cool. We had one day of partial sun during our stay and it’s sporadic appearance is very much part of weather pattern we observed prior, during and after our month stay in Vietnam. But when the sun shines… the Avani is “A Stunner!”

Our stay at Avani Quy Nhon was amazing! The staff, Cuong and Thi, were warm, welcoming, and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and the kids balcony room was perfect for our family! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful hotel, fabulous private beach, wonderful restaurant and extraordinary service. Great tours available for getting to know culture and history of area. This location checks all boxes for memorable, special, superior Vietnam experience!

Paradise on earth with incredibly attentive staff

When arriving at the portier, you get all the service, you would expect of a higher class resort like getting picked up with a golf cart and getting your luggage carried for you. Our concierge Cừờng was super helpful, showed us around all the connected resorts, speaks fluently english and assisted us with our ongoing travel. The staff at the restaurant was also very attentive, noticing our preferences at the first breakfast (regarding the standard parts of breakfast before ordering more à la carte) and made sure that we would get an adjusted breakfast the next day, without us even asking for it. The suites are top for this price class (higher price class with even more detailed amenities is available next in the partnered resort Anantara). You get a seaside view from the bed and the shower (closable with curtains of course) with a private balcony. The resort's private beach is really beautiful, but everyday around the same time some trash get's swept in from the sea, which then is promptly collected by the staff, so that you usually don't notice it. They also put out benches upon necessity and it is really quiet and relaxing, with a view to all the fishing boats outside on the sea.

Just a sudden visit to this amazing site. When I arrive the resort, the staffs welcomed me with the best words I've ever heard. All the items were reasonable and suitable. The room was comfortable and well-designed with fabulous views.
