I probably wouldn't stay here again. For the same price I can get a much better room and get to skip out on the loud and ignorant couple throwing a party next door. The room was definitely clan but the appliances were old and outdated
Clean & Spacious Rooms
I've stayed there three times now, over the past month. The rooms are very clean & spacious. The furniture is nice and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. There are several nice restaurants within walking distance. I'll definitely go back.
Not Bad But I've Stayed In Better
The stay was fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the hotel needs some attention. Little details from chips in walls and dirty carpet to uncomfortable rollaway beds made the stay less than desirable. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Five stars to all of them!
Mask not required and dirty
With Covid still around you would think that they would have strict protocols when entering the building. The employees were not wearing a mask and many of the guest weren’t wearing them either. This made me feel very uneasy. Hilton partnered up with Lysol so some rooms I saw have a sticker that will break the seal before your entered the room. The 1st room I checked into did not have the sticker and it looked used and smelled like fungus (old water sitting in the carpet). The 2nd room didn’t have a sticker either and I just lysol the room myself. The front desk personnel Jerry told me they didn’t have enough stickers to put it in every single door. Made me wonder why he didn’t put me in a room with the sticker on because customers need to feel safe right now. Didn’t have a good night because I saw 2 bugs on the bed. I managed to kill one which I posted a picture of. I’m a gold member of Hilton and this was not Hilton standard. This hotel is very old and they don’t follow the rules for wearing mask while in public.
Not the quality I would expect
The room design was not the standard I am accustom to for a Home wood Suites. The refrigerator door should have been mounted the opposite side so it would not be difficult to get items in and out. The overall looks of the room was poor
