Right from the start I received great customer service! Marlene at the front desk was the kindest check in girl with lots of sincere attention and recommendations. From there I met Ariel in the restaurant and she was AMAZING. Great server and they are lucky to have her. Diana one of the bartenders at the pool was super helpful and kind and great to talk to and the pool manager Ray is very good at walking around and chatting to the guest and making sure everyone is being helped. This resort is wonderful because of the people they have working for them.

From check-in to our return stay, we were impressed with the employees. At check-in Marlene was beyond helpful for our resort pass pool day and recognized our silver status wonderfully. She was a great first impression. Then out at the pool, we had a great day with warm water, clean facilities, and friendly employees (waitstaff, lifeguards, and towel attendants) who were all so helpful and encouraged us to try many of the resort activities. Then we went to the social hour and enjoyed great sangria, I believe we interacted with the GM and purchased delicious street tacos while listening to lovely patio music overlooking the pool, golf course, and beautiful Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage backdrop. Then we decided to return to the resort another day to use the new arcade and bar area and enjoyed our interactions with the bartender and duckpin bowled two games. This whole experience was lovely and I would highly recommend. I will be back!

Wonderful getaway

Excellent getaway for the family. Thanks to Marlene at the front desk we started our vacation with a champagne toast and enjoyed the benefits of the resort. Lots to do for the kids and perfect relaxing spots for adults. The room overlooking the golf course was comfortable and clean. The entertainment was top notch and service stellar.

I rate this property a 5 - I love it! Marlene is the best at the front desk. I love the beds it’s definitely very relaxing. I love the views and all of the staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. We come here all year round ! You definitely need to visit on your next Palm Springs trip or staycation.
