The manager of this place is trash just like the hotel

First off not safe to go to the lobby off 10 pm nothing but drunks sitting around messing with the women that come in if they are alone. at 3am people where fighting outside and in the hall and rooms. When you try to call the front desk nobody is there so I walked down there and there was no one there behind the desk waited for a while but no one showed up. I go down to the desk after 7 am and talk to the so called manager about this and she said I was lying and that has never happened there and if I didn't like I could leave without a refund and go somewhere else.

Spacious and clean room and bathroom. Easy parking. Fast and accurate check in. Some food boxes left on the hallway could make it look unclean. Two bottled waters promised upon booking was not recognized nor honored right away, took more than an hour to sort it out, not the best in problem solving. Had the hotel solved this right away, it would have earned a 5 out of 5 rating.

Nice hotel with Great Customer Service

I stayed at this hotel during the TX/OU game weekend. When I walked in everyone greeted me and check in was smooth. My room was spotless and everything worked as it should. The area was nice and quiet. Special thanks to the front desk staff Stephaine, Yi, Dedrick, Melonie and Ahlic for there professionalism. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Very scary and low class hotel… place was run by unprofessional people and check in process was very slow and explained property very unprofessionally. A lot of sketchy guests and strange people walking around almost hit someone dog because they did not have on a leash and ran into road very traumatizing need to have better pet rule enforcement

I booked 3 nights for my son at this hotel. He had already moved out of his place and needed a quiet place to study and take his final exams for graduate school at UTD. I put notes on my online reservation and called the hotel directly and asked that he be placed in a room away from the elevator and ice machines as he was studying and taking extremely hard programming exams to finish grad school. When he checked in they not only gave him a room by the elevator and ice machine but also overlooking the pool. And then on the last day of his last final he was told they were having WiFi problems so he had to leave and find somewhere else to take the exam. I will never stay at this hotel again which is sad because we have another son at UTD and typically stay at this hotel and its sister property. Such a disappointment and they weren’t busy either.
