Pre-paid for a king, none available upon arrival. Clean room, some wear and tear. Loud second night, music from a room - could hear lyrics. Staff friendly. Some extra items not available. Had to get a shower curtain. Bed as expected, pillows too; Squishy, soft.

The worst hotel stay ever!!!!!

First they didn’t have any rooms available til 3pm which is check-in time. I got there at 2pm, went to the bathroom and realize the lights didn’t work. As well in the hallway. So I ask the front desk to see if I can exchange my room. She stated that was the only room that was available. As I walk more into the room it felt like a cheap motel. Hours later I realized that my A/C machine was hanging out so badly that you can see from outside as you can see from the photo I posted. Sadly doing that time talking with the front desk she so busy on her cell phone outside and inside the building, “ like who does that in a hotel”. This room stay should been rated to the negative power. I mean isn’t this a pandemic and y’all couldn’t fix these hotels in Jackson, Mississippi wow!!! How unprofessional and careless.

In the area for a month on a project. The staff is over the top and very friendly. Working nights, so I had to request them to not try to clean the room during daytime, lol. Just what I needed for an extended stay while here on work.

Very awkward layout- first floor room are below the street level and felt like a basement. Rooms were musty smelling. First room was dirty so I had to carry all my luggage (no elevator) to the second floor at midnight. Furniture is old and carpet is literally worn through in places. Not recommended.

The staff here are amazingly kind, friendly and most of all understanding. This is my favorite location to book. It’s always clean, orderly and i never have any issues being accommodated. Thank you!!!
