Came here with a hockey team and families. Rooms were clean, spacious, well-equipped for longer stays with kitchenette (bigger frig, dishes, dishwasher, nice kitchen sink and counter space). Nice sitting area. Staff were so very friendly—every single person we encountered. We did our best to keep our kids under control and they did their best to make it the perfect place for us to enjoy the families, and get rest and socializing between games. Opened breakfast buffet early for us, too.

The whole staff is very attentive! The shuttle driver Alan and Tim are fantastic! Very proffesional, caring and very informative. The beds in the rooms have nice soft sheets. Free breakfast, exercise room and hot tub. Mayo Clinic guests will certainly have some of their stress fare away. I highly recomend Home2 Suites.

Everyone in the hotel was kind and helpful. But special kudos to Allan and Tim, the two shuttle drivers who treated us like their own parents. The took us where we needed to go, picked us up promptly when called, helped us on and off the shuttle, suggested great places to eat and drove us to them. Great customer service, which is unusual these days.

Fantastic surprise

Here for work and this was the only Hilton I could get under the per diem allowance. Was not excited about this hotel but I was really surprised. The staff were so friendly - something that is really lacking right now usually. The room was nice, Wi-Fi good, breakfast excellent. Mostly though the super staff made this place excellent - now will stay here on each business trip!

Home2 Suites by Hilton Rochester Mayo is a great hotel to stay at. It is clean, staff is friendly and kind and location is perfect. They offered a complimentary breakfast with a variety of choices and beverages m.
