Country Inn in Rock Falls is the best choice in area. The staff are friendly, rooms clean and awesome updated amenities on the way. Perhaps the best thing about this site is how friendly and helpful the staff are. Everyone employed here is happy and willing to help make you feel appreciated.

As my title states: I always stay here when in the area on business trips. The Front Desk people are always friendly & helpful. No problems checking in or checking out. A Walmart and Culvers is right across the road. The free breakfast in the morning is always well-maintained.

Billing put a $5122.66 Hold on my bank account!!!!!! BEWARE THIS HOTEL!!!!!

Room was clean, but Pool Closed, Gym Closed, Laundry Room so tiny hard to fold clothes in, but my #1 reason for this poor review is: I planned to stay for at least 2 months. I explained this to at least 3 front desk personnel over the 2.5 weeks I was ther. At the end of each week I would get a call stating "You were supposed to check out today, but your belongings are still in room". I would explainall ovewr again that I was staying for a couple of months. Please bill me once a week. The last time this happened front desk person asked how long I was planning to stay. I said I would probably be there till March. The next day I looked at my Bank account and they had put a $5122,66 hold on my account!!! I am still waiting for the hold to lift. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

nothing was in working order no pool no internet no fitness center no hot tub only had 1 cart to bring luggage into room and when leaving. so, when leaving with everyone else leaving about same time the rack cart was not available cause others had it in roon

We checked in because our well pump went out 2 days before Xmas. We were only using the room to shower. They checked us out and removed everything before check out time and blamed us. The manager was rude and lied to me
