Checking in, the clerk gave us the room card for the door. Upon entering the room, I noticed the door to the adjacent room was opened. I tried the lock the door and the dead bolt would not secure in the door jam. Went down and told the lobby clerk. The clerk put us in another room on the third floor. Entering the elevator, pressed number 3 and did not work. Made another trip down the front lobby and told the clerk. He had to manually reset the elevator to make it work. Arrived in our room, turned on the TV. Guess what, the TV did not work. Tried to call the desk clerk on the room phone and it did not work. Now it’s third trip down to the lobby clerk. Lobby clerk had to reset the TV box. The room phone just did not work. I would not stay at this place again. It needs repairs and updating. The only positive note, the staff was friendly.

Great clean rooms..great front desk service! 778713664 Very nice hotel. Very friendly and knowledgable front desk staff. Priscilla went out of her way to go to her car and let me use her phone charging cord. THAT'S SERVICE! Great friendly customer service!

We were going to spend the night in Jacksonville, Al; however, because the NASCAR race in Talladega, no rooms were available. Hampton Inn had a couple left at $308 per night. NOT ME. Anywho, we stopped in Rome at stayed at Comfort Suites. Having stayed there before, we knew the rates were quite reasonable and overall, is very clean. Folks working there, especially the black lady around 2100 hours (that's 9 o'clock), she is a sweetie.

This is a budget type hotel. Choice rewards app is always great. You save 20% by being a member and I booked through them because it was cheaper than at the front desk. The pool is closed right now. The hotel was clean and better yet, the staff is so nice. Christine & Doreen at the front desk were efficient and so friendly. Thanks for having such great customer service!

very clean hotel, the lady named "priscilla" was very nice while checking us in. The breakfast staff was extremely nice although the breakfast was just kinda "blah", although its hard to complain when its free. Definitely a great place for an overnight stay
