Bad customer service!!!
I booked my hotel stay online and it was confirmed 2 beds. I brought 2 print outs to the hotel confirming 2 beds. When I arrived the front desk clerk said it was for a king bed only. I presented the hotel voucher confirmation which clearly said 2 beds. She said she couldn't do anything for me unless I payed $60 additional for the 2 nights. I wanted to speak with the manager but the lady ended up calling her on the phone. The manager said pretty much so too bad , so sad if you have any disputes bringing it up with the booking website. A man came in without a reservation and requested 2 beds and was honored and paying less then I did. I told the lady helping me which clearly saw that I payed more then the walk in reservation if she would honor 2 beds. She said no because my booking was done online and she couldn't do anything for me. The manager did not want to speak with me over the phone and the front desk clerk was cold hearted and not understanding at all. I was given a room with a king bed when there was plenty of rooms with 2 beds (we saw the rooms when walking down the hall that were vacant). They only wanted more money. The wi-fi did not work at all and was told it was because I am on the 3rd floor so it did not reach that that high. No service to the room at all. My brother and I almost left the whole day the following day and came back to a dirty room. We were tired and just wanted to lay down. Housekeeping knocked the door around 4pm. We just said it was ok because we needed to get some rest. I am not staying here anylonger. I would recommend you don't either.
Right when we got there we argued with the main guy for about an hour because he was charging us $118 more because we were 4 adults and only 2 adults can be in the room at a time? When reserving my room I even put 4 adults and called the front desk to make sure everything was okay and she said yes.. never mentioning the extra fee for adults. The main guy there was very rude yelling at me and my friends. Never staying there again. We were forced to stay because no other hotel had rooms available.
Loved the hotel. Clean, affordable for the accommodations, and peaceful. The towels were clean and thick. Had soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Beds were clean and comfortable. Only thing was that we could not get the A/C unit to cool the room. It wasn't super got but we're from Arizona we are is to cold A/C. The pool area seemed fun buy got back late and didn't have time use it. Always had surveillance which felt safe. When we came back from dinner there was no more parking spots, but they had extra space in the back and the people in charge took care of it. Defenitly would go back.
Good to stay
It wan't bad. It's close to the clubs & any other entertainment around. The room was clean & there was ac! The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom was leaking a bit & also the lady was trying to charge us for our friends who picked us up just because they came in the parking lot. It gets pretty loud with people being in the pool but that didn't bother us.
Clean, friendly, honest.
No frills here but staff was very helpful. My nephew thought he lost his iPad, turns out he left it behind in the room. There was no problem with hotel staff, he was sooo pleased. Rooms fill up fast, reservations is probably the way to go. Parking was tight, don't plan on coming and going and coming and going at night. Just "beach" your car for all night long. My wife and her sis wanted to go grab a bite to eat around midnight, but I said that unless they were going to walk, the parking situation would not let them go. We had hot water.
