Lovely hotel everyone is so welcoming and friendly . Very clean - although disappointed with pool area very run down looking so felt couldn’t relax there too long. Kathleen in the bar is amazing and makes the most amazing cocktails from scratch and they are beautiful

Great hotel. Rooms are comfortable, food is delicious, very convenient location for six flags and La Cantera. Chris was awesome at check in, explains all of the amenities in full details at check in and hands you these awesome cookies! Sasha at the bar is really fun to talk to and is very attentive. The pool was nice to relax in during the warm days. We needed some extra towels at night, called down to the front desk and in minutes Alberto was at our room door with those towels. Great staff, overall 10/10! I will definitely keep coming back!

One of the best Hilton hotels I’ve ever stayed at in San Antonio! They have a newly remodeled hotel, complimentary gated parking, a full service restaurant available for both breakfast and dinner, also a full bar at night, and who could forget those warm DoubleTree cookies! They always have them available at the front desk! Always great experience with Peggy and Bethany in the mornings, Chris and Bo in the afternoons, and Alberto and Angel at night! Also want to give kudos to the amazing restaurant and housekeeping staff! You will not be disappointed staying at this hotel!

Had an amazing Lemon Drop Martini, rimmed in sugar, with lime made by the bartender Kathleen! You arrive on your floor to an amazing aroma as you walk to your room. The room was very clean, smelled great, and was spacious. There was a sitting area in addition to the sleeping area which gave you the option of lounging.

The Doubletree Northwest is the only hotel I stay at when visiting San Antonio. The location is perfect, the rooms are modern and clean, and the breakfast tacos are fantastic. However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff, especially Chris Upton. Every time I stay there, Chris greets me with a welcoming smile and a 'can do' attitude. It is obvious that satisfied, happy customers are a top priority here.
