Até mais ou menos o final dos anos 90 os hotéis americanos eram decepcionantemente sujos. De lá para cá eles melhoraram muito em relação à limpeza, mas este faz juz à tradição. As áreas comuns são limpas, mas o apartamento em que ficamos não via uma boa faxina há meses. Havia pó acumulado pelos cantos, pertences de outros hóspedes presos por trás dos móveis, a torneira do banheiro era limpa apenas pelo lado de cima (o de baixo tinha uma película esbranquiçada) e por aí vai. Mas o staff era atencioso.

Hotel staff rude & room was dirty. I walk the hallways and they almost kicked me out. They were annoyed with me when I lost my key and threatened to kick me out. Indian woman at the front not helpful.

Just stay somewhere else. The entire place is under construction which is honestly the nicest part of the the hotel. The bathroom in my room was gross. Stained tub, gross sink. But the biggest issue is the noise, and not from the construction. You can hear a pin drop in the place…the walls must be made of cardboard. You can hear the room next to you talking, people above you walking. You can hear everything. Not to mention EVERY SINGLE DOOR in the place slams. Hard. Add that to the 8 inch gap under the room doors and you’re up all night.

great experience in a good location. The staff was very courteous and a big help when needed and I would definately recommend this hotel to others. Whenever I go to the Northside of San Antonio I will look at this hotel as my first choice. I will be back.

First this place is under construction, Red Flag 1. No One I mean no one pays attention to any detail, 5 minutes to get hot water Shampoo is attached to wall at vanity so you have to get out of the shower to dispense TV line up is terrible with maybe just maybe 30 channels offered Security lock at door was laying on the ground at the entrance. Room was sparse and uninviting Would have had better luck at an America's Best Value, which I never stay at anyway, but this place would rank below that. Towels were old and rough - you wouldn't even consider using them for your car as they could scratch the paint Obvious that Wyndham has lost being on top of their game with this place, so in my mind how many others has Wyndham let slip thru the cracks. look to Hilton or Hyatt, but don't throw hard earned money away on places like this.
