O hotel é uma ótima opção para quem não busca muito luxo. Tem um custo beneficio bom e os quartos são bem confortáveis. Achei a área de café da manhã muito pequena e desorganizada, mas para pequenas estadias está ótimo.

Quartos amplos, camas confortáveis, quarto com cofre, frigobar e cafeteira, banheiros com shampoo, sabonete e secador de cabelo e quartos bem como todo hotel bem limpo, farto café da manhã. Atendimento bom. Wi-fi e estacionamento.

Always nervous when traveling with my Service Dog; however from the moment we stepped into this hidden gem, we felt home and like family! Everyone and we mean everyone was friendly, warm and professional from the front desk staff, breakfast staff, housekeeping, maintenance, security and the young man who emptied the trash and mopped! Wow what a stay!!! Upon checking in Rachel and Martin were wonderful…we booked a king, but received a queen no problem changed immediately and refrigerator wasn’t cooling maintenance changed it within 10 mins…housekeeping spot on, breakfast personnel just started yr day right; especially the mid-aged full time lady. The young man who cleaned and mopped never stopped always working. Loved our 10 day so much we booked already for next summer. With so many hotel choices; it’s the extras of extraordinary service that makes the difference!!! Thank you Springhill suites

We traveled to San Antonio for our granddaughter's graduation from Air Force Basic training. We stayed for one week. Additional family members joined us during the week. Cons: Facility and rooms could use some sprucing up. Business center is limited Work out facility limited Small indoor pool However, these did not affect our stay Pros: Outstanding staff Martin at the front desk did everything to make our stay wonderful Other staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and provided a good start for the day. (Days we left for base before breakfast hours, staff had fresh coffee and breakfast items available) Ana kept the breakfast area well stocked and cleaned Rooms were good size and clean Housekeeping was available when we requested On site washer and dryer Close to Lackland AF Base and airport

Poor Customer Service @ Mediocre Hotel

I would have provided this hotel a 2-star rating, however, the General Manager (Kevin Espitia), and his front desk employees, have been non-responsive for months on a billing issue. The customer service was also lacking during check-in where I waited at the front desk for 5 minutes before someone appeared from a back room. Additionally, when approaching the front desk, it appeared as though the workers were always busy with something else, often a cell phone. The hotel itself was sufficient for my short work stay. It has the basics you need, but if you're looking for a decent free "breakfast", super clean hotel, or good business center, or workout facility, you may want to somewhere else.
