Antigo, mas muito bem conservado

Bem localizado se estiver de carro. Prédio antigo, mas muito bem conservado no geral. O restaurante no térreo serve uma pizza muito boa, mas o café da manhã eu recomendaria algum outro lugar na região. Para quem está saindo com pressa pela manhã tem café no lobby toda manhã.

Terrible stay

Visited this location as part of a conference. Got there and I have to say, I am sorry I didn’t book the Marriott across the street. This place is old, only thing I can say is the bathroom was nice. It took 2 hours to get a receipt from the hotel and check out because they could figure out how to get the receipt. This is also a Marriott and when I complained, I got a note from the offending manager. Marriott member for years; i;Ve decided I am going over to the Hilton now. Horrible experiences at the Marriott anymore. Agree with Vicki J.

we booked a family suite, 2 bedrooms and living room area for a 3 day hockey weekend ...just weeks before the trip, we were notified our room had been double booked and we were out...promised us the honeymoon suite and room next door, not connected...when our travel agent investigated, the promise was exaggerated...we booked first but got kicked out for a more prized occupant...never will I book another westin...

Ideally I would gove 4.5 there was a small misunderstanding about parking. We thought the price per day is per 24h but it became calendar day and we payed about $50 for one night parking. The Vallet parking is cheaper option but we learned it after the fact. However, I had the best sleep ever. The hotel was quite, mattress was great and I slept like a baby. This deserve 5 star for sure.

Upon entry I found the hotel to be quite lovely. Further exploration led to disappointments. The restaurant and lobby bathroom is downstairs; not great for the disabled or anyone with an urgent need. The restaurant/room service is nice, but limited. The real disappointment was my room. I expected the Westin Heavenly bed. The beds in my room were nothing of the kind. I had an accessible room, but a step up and in bathtub/shower combo. The bathroom was large, but like the room itself in need of repairs and upgrades (see photos). And when is the last time the clock and charging station were not on the nightstand, but across the room? I would not recommend staying here until they update and upgrade.
