Hotel was beautiful in a rather new part of San Juan, reminded me of a mix between Dubai, Las Vegas, and Disney. All around the hotel, there are restaurants, bars and things to do. If I was there for work or alone, I think it would be perfect, but with a family I wasn’t going bar hopping.. I would still give it 5 stars, but I prefer a different part of San Juan.

Beautiful Hotel and Nice Atmosphere

This was the perfect hotel for my first visit to San Juan, and I can't wait to return. Me & my mom came to celebrate my moms Birthday. And mentioning it doing check in, we were given a couple of Birthday drinks to redeem before we left the hotel to celebrate the occasion. Thanks Sylviani & Sabilya. Awesome & Professional at all times! The staff treated us well. I liked the fact that the hotel provided shuttle service to and from Old San Juan & to one of the close by beaches. Our view from the 5th floor was great also. We could see the pool & the water fountain across the street. They were both beautiful with the different colored lights at night The location was great, and a lot of things to do within walking distance. T-Mobile district was a 2 minute walk. Casino, 5 minute walk. Make sure you get pictures in front of the I love PR sign that's close by. Thanks again and hope to see you soon!

Wonderful hotel

Loved staying here during our 9-day business stay. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The room was conducive to work from and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. We ate breakfast each morning downstairs. Love THE BERRY you have to try it. Despite being right next to the TMobile center, my room was nice and quiet. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Good hotel nice location for family

Great hotel, away from the touristy area of Isla Verde. Hotel backs up to Area T-mobile which is great for family’s and offers several restaurants, arcade, ice cream shop, movie theater, and live music stage. Hotel was very clean and they provide room cleaning daily. Staff are friendly. Self Parking is $18 per day plus a $35 resort fee per day (regardless of Marriot Status) which I am surprised they didn’t waive given my status.

Aloft All the way!

Where do I begin., we arrived at 5:00 AM tired from our all day flight from California and was greeted and checked in by the most wonderful Hotel Staff- Hilary! When we asked if we can do an early check in and/or if we can leave our luggages while we wait for check in time, she was very welcoming, made us aware of the rules but graciously checked what was available. I can only say good things about our 9 days stay here. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. They were prompt at bringing us what we needed. We've stayed at dozens of hotels under Marriott umbrella but it's out first time staying at an ALoft and although our experience have been overall wonderful at other hotels, Hilary and the rest of Aloft staff just raised the bar with their excellent customer service! They are the type that you hope to meet at every trip! Hilary if you're reading this thank you for setting the tone that help make this trip even more memorable. Will definitely stay here in our future PR trip
