Muito bom hotel, fica localizado em uma rodovia a 10 minutos do centro da cidade e próximo ao distrito industrial, o atendimento é excelente assim como a limpeza dos quartos. O ponto negativo da minha avaliação ficou por conta da lavanderia que deixou a desejar, só percebi quando fui desfazer a mala. O serviço do restaurante é muito bom e os pratos são sempre picantes, mas servem muito bem.

we had dinner at the restaurant, the food was delicious, excellent toritlla soup and asada tacos, but I must say that the service was excellent, top notch. we were served by Judith and her approach and service skills are no longer found anywhere, we travel a lot, and this is one thing we noticed, restaurant servers are just not trained properly anymore. It was a great dining experience. Thanks Judith.

I stayed at this hotel while on business. I ate at at the restaurant every day for 2 weeks. The food is really good and presented well, I wasn't expecting that for a hotel restaurant. They have a pretty good alcohol selection as well. The service was incredible, as a non-spanish speaker I thought it would be difficult to order what I wanted. That was not the case, most of the staff understand a little English and what they do not, they use their phone translators to make sure they get your order right. Very friendly staff, I always feel welcome.

I am writing this reviewing in order to share my experience for staying at Encore hotel in SLP: Since I arrived, people helped with my badges. They provided my a ticket for a free beverage. The amenities are modern and hilarious including gym and pool. My bedroom always went ok. I had lost a personal article when I sent my clothes to laundry service l, however, personal of reception get my back it with a chocolates! That was so cute. The food is delicious as well. My check out was early and I get soon my invoice. The breakfast service begins at 6:30am that is a little bit late for people who need to be at work 7am, so I strongly recommend to start that service much early, please. It is the reason why I give 4.5 stars of 5 posible. Overall, If someone else would ask me about to go back again, I’ll say absolutely yes. Thank you so much for reading me.

The staff is very nice and helpful, they help your stay as comfortable as possible at all times. The food selection is varied and mostly tasty during lunch and dinner, and the free breakfast has plenty of options, including a different meal every day.
