Hotel simples e funcional. Ótimo para uma visita rápida à cidade, mas não espere uma hospedagem luxuosa. Café da manhã é fraco até para os padrões americanos, com pouquíssimas opções. Se a agência ofertar um desconto para remover o café da manhã, certamente esta será uma ótima escolha.

Frondesk people insult clients and enter their rooms

Terrible. I was alone in my room. The front desk man entered my room when I was still getting dressed. He insulted me and told me it was time for me to leave. He moved his hands as if he wanted to hit me. Even though I took extra time to leave, it is not legal to enter the room of a lonely woman inside and attack her. I was so shocked and started crying.

Not very clean

Not very clean. The bed sheets and bath towels were stained, I had to move a sofa to plug in the bedside lamp and it did not look like it had ever been swept behind there. I can accept that this is an older motel and a few repairs are needed but i can not accept the dirty room. The only plus was that the staff was very polite.

Please give me my money back. That is $123 that I could have spent somewhere else that night which I did have to go rent another room at another property. I work for the state and I work from out of town and don't have any family in San Marcos or anywhere in the surrounding areas. So I just had to go spend another $200 that night plus the money that I spent with this property. I know that the owner will read this and you should do the right thing and give me my money back. I'm in the middle of disputing it but it would be a lot easier if you would just go ahead and do this please.

Nice and clean hotel we stayed at Howard Johnson San Marcos , town is beautiful with many choices of restaurants. Staff was nice . And location was great . We like breakfast in the morning. We definitely recommend this hotel who coming to San Marcos
