Location; Pretty close to perfect, right on the main square. Hotel; No elevator and there must have been 20 steep, narrow, dark steps up to the lobby and a pile more up to my room overlooking the lobby. Our room had a huge, bay picture window overlooking the lobby (read no privacy unless the curtains were closed then there was no outside light) and a small rectangle window in the bathroom that opened onto a shaft. The receptionists did not speak any english but tried to be helpful. We had 4 heavy bags and had a terrible time getting them up the stairs. The receptionists helped us carry them up. The services; There is ONLY wifi in the lobby and the rooms that overlook the lobby. Glasses were available if asked for and there is an OXXO by the front door. The rooms were clean but the hallways and stairs really needed a vacuum. I will not stay here again and will not recommend it.

This hotel was in a great location overlooking the main plaza from a rooftop patio. The room was spacious and quite comfortable with few amenities. The staff was courteous and helpful. The biggest problem for us was room #101 which had a 6-8 inch step up into the room, leaving a "hole" to allow the door to open and close. Unfortunately, during the night I missed my step and fell into the hole. I turns out I broke a bone in my foot and the rest of my vacation was almost ruined. It is important that a caution tape, preferably iridescent, is put around the edge of the hole so this does not happen to someone else. The only other issue we had was with the valet parking. We had to wait on the street for over an hour for the car after we checked out.

Where do I start... We paid way too much for what we got. Service at the reception was bad, they pretended not to speak English, no manager on premises, no coffee or tea was offered to any of us. We were a group of 7, rooms had no windows very stuffy, hot water we got it only on the last day. Bed sheets had to be replaced as they had hair and dirty🤮 Towels were durty when they delivered them the next morning, had to sleep without being able to wash. Electric socket were burned, safety issue Closet handle broken Toilet water tank filthy WiFi not good in rooms. Carpet durty. Don't even wash your teeth from the faucet!!! No hair dryer in all rooms, I would not recommend this place for any one. Even if the location is prime that is not an excuse to neglect. Booked through booking.com. I will be very careful next time. This is my first bad review I have written and we have traveled globally and never had any issues.

Great location, right on the square and in walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Well-appointed, clean room, and quiet in spite of being right on the square. Pros -- Location -- close to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. Reasonable walking distance to Mercado de Artesanías and Fabrica la Aurora Art Galleries Nice, clean, quiet room Friendly staff Rooftop balcony However, in order to reach the hotel the night we arrived; we were dropped off by our taxi at the closed-off street a little more than an uphill block away from the entrance. Then found we also had to climb a steep flight of stairs. No indication of an elevator -- we didn't ask, so I could be wrong. Staff was friendly but all seemed to have limited English skills. Lovely rooftop balcony, too bad it wasn't open in the mornings to enjoy the sunrise. Cons -- Steep stairs (just saying if stairs are a problem for you as they are for me) Limited English skills, no maps or handouts. We just figured it out. (Discovered tourist info across the square the day we were leaving.) Lovely room with two large windows that opened directly onto the lobby. So -- really a windowless room. Balcony not available early morning.

The hotel is right in the main plaza of the towne , next to the cathedral great location! The decor is nice , East Asian feel to it , reception in the centre courtyard of hotel , very pretty and helpful staff! Our room was comfortable, nice sized bathroom with huge shower, Air con and ceiling fan , WiFi was good too!! The roof terrace has a great view must take a look from there ! Little snacks in room for purchase , bottled water complimentary on arrival . Our room faced the reception courtyard so could hear people in morning not a problem though , comfortable stay!
