Quarto espaçoso, bom café, boa localização, atendentes atenciosos. Apresenta um pouco de barulho por ser um ambiente relativamente pequeno, porém nada absurdo. Bon preços quando comparados aos hoteis da regiáo.
Comfortable, clean, courteous all in one

My family stayed here for the last 3 nights of our trip. We randomly just walked in, 8pm at night, with our taxi driver as we scouted for hotels.Reception was warm, friendly and spoke great English. One look at our room and after backpacking for 7 days we were happy to spend the rest of our trip here. Best room we stayed in El sal- very clean, modern, comfortable, great selection of tv channels (esp for our 5 yr old), amazing AC, complimentary water bottles. Breakfast was tasty, one plate of food per person. Although we felt safe in the day, we wouldn't walk around at night. Not much around to do but we took local buses/vans to get around. There is an artisan market nearby.
Reception was excellent - very helpfu with all our needs. Impressed at English! Maids were friendly and did awesome job cleaning our rooms. Aiport transfer was $25, amazing considering we had to leave at 530am. Highly suggest this hotel for all the creature comforts.

stayed here for two nights. friendly staff, cozy warm enviroment. found a needle holding together a pillowcase on the bed which is dangerous as you can poke your face or worse your eye with this. let the hotel staff know. parking is limited and only has a space that can fit about 4 cars. if you park first by night another car will be blocking you so in the morning they wake up the guest whose car is blocking yours. if you come in late at night and you block someone car they tell you they may have to wake you or you can leave the key with them and they can move it. they have an armed guard during the day and at night another guard replaces him who is more heavily armed. the bar across the street plays live music well into the night so beware light sleepers.
Good Place to Come Back to Near Tica Bus' San Benito (Zona Rosa) Stop

I spent 5 nights here and was glad to be at the Hotel Villa Florencia for a variety of reasons. The staff were very helpful with all questions. The included breakfast was very good. A number of good restaurants, such as Hola Betos and Puerto Mariscos, were in easy walking distance and there is a reliable BAC bank within a few blocks. The only thing which is a bit tedious in this area is the lack of traffic lights, which makes street crossing a bit of a hairy experience to get to some restaurants.
Even though this hotel is in the heart of the Zona Rosa, in order to do many things, you will need an Uber. The closest gym (Zona Fitness) is in the Plaza Suiza, which could be a 20-minute Uber ride in traffic. So, if going to a gym is important to you, I might pick another hotel. The closest post office is a similar distance away. Be aware that Uber does pick-ups in the Zona Rosa but not in the Centro Historico, out of, what in my opinion are overblown security concerns from the mother company.
The room and property itself is comfortable and clean.
Good base for Centro

We spent 3 nights here and found the amenities very functional. The staff were very helpful and courteous and there is a good local cafe right next door which is ideal for a typical El Salvadorian breakfast.
